Are you guys seriously out of chicken? Then why are you accepting orders with chicken if you can’t provide us enough chicken for the money that we are paying for. The chicken chalupas (ordered 4) and the chicken quesadillas had minimal to no chicken in it. Shame on you guys for ripping the customers off like this. My $2 Chipotle chicken burrito had more chicken than my other main chicken orders. All of the orders had more bread than contents. Paid almost $40 dollars for not even $15 worth food. Will never come to this Taco bell joint again.

For 32$, I was given two tacos like this (this is now a taco supreme I guess) and a single burrito. When I called and asked if I may get a refund (I certainly didn’t want anymore of the food) the manager, makayla said that was fine. I returned the following morning as I told her I would and was denied my refund by Adam. More than 75 percent of my food was missing. I paid for something I did not receive and that a multi million dollar company is refusing to refund me for.

Don’t recommend going there unless you wanna waste your money on garbage tacos. Some tacos we got had no toppings on them. Others like the hard shell were half filled as you can see in the pics. They still charged us for extra sour cream when they didn’t give it to us as well as they didn’t take the tomatoes off as the receipt states. Overall definitely not worth it. I’m surprised they even got the Pepsi right.

So, I receive a DoorDash for this location and the male over the phone states that they are closed… when in fact the website says they close at midnight. First of all, fox y’all’s time on google and fix it through DoorDash before wasting not just my time, but my customers time as well. It was an 18.50 order so of course I’m a little enraged. I’m more enraged with the males responses and tone of voice. Then again, it’s Dallas… I explained that I have a DoorDash. Some restaurants will close but keep open since they know when a dasher is on the way to pick up the order. I explained 3 different times and the male over the speaker decides to say again they’re closed and then gets very nasty… “oh well we’re not making that.” Well… I decided to ask not once, but three different times on why would they would allow DoorDash to run at this hour then if they are closed and I was ignored.

Didn’t get what ask for, and my crunchy taco had only 4 pieces of tiny cut up chicken. Very disappointing. No sauce. I ask for the #1 on the menu which includes 3 tacos. Ask for extra sour cream, they gave me none, kind of glad because it would’ve whelmed the meat!

Horrible experience. Filled my large drink 3/4 the way to start. Got home and realized they didn’t give me half of the order. I was the only person there so it was not even busy. Ordered $30 worth of food and got $15 worth.

If I could give NO STARS, I would. I have NEVER been more disgusted with a fast food place. I bought my best friend 100$ worth of gift cards for this place….we have ordered twice since I gave them to her. The first time, we spent almost 50$ on dinner and when I tell you EVERYTHING WAS WRONG, it’s not an understatement. Her husband brought it all back and they claimed the “remade” everything but STILL EVERYTHING WAS WRONG. We were given stupid coupons, not even reimbursed! Today we ordered online and AGAIN, the hard taco shells were chewy and the order was wrong. I have worked in fast food myself and I understand mistakes happen but this is just complete incompetence and/or laziness. It’s not that difficult to read a screen people. We will not be returning and corporate will be getting a phone call.

Routinely disappointing. The soda is usually watered way down. Orders are wrong. The quality of the food is low. Most of the time when I’ve gotten crunchy tacos, they’re all smashed. It seems as if the beef is watered down too, because the hard shells are soaked and falling apart. And this is me eating in the parking lot, so they didn’t suffer a 15 minute trip home. Most of the staff have been thoroughly unprofessional. It certainly seems like they’re drunk or high most of the time. Its taco bell. We aren’t expecting much from you. And when you drop the ball THIS much… I’ll take the extra time to drive in to kingston if I want any in the future.
