I ordered my food on the online app. When I received my food the chicken tenders were completely burnt, the potatoes with cheese and sour cream was also burnt and cinnamon twists were so stale. I never had an issue with this location until today. I couldn’t take my food back because I was on my lunch break.

Ordered 3 crunch wrap meals. Doritos loco meal like where is the lettuce the tomatoes on the wrap Doritos loco what a disappointment over 30$ make sure you check your food before leaving literally live 2 minutes from them and the hard shell of the crunch wrap was stale just not going back

Day shift is good. In the evening I get the wrong change, the wrong food and no sauce even when asking for it when placing an order in the drive through, and asked to park and have them bring out the order to me. Only to drive home for 20 minutes and find out my order is wrong. This has happened more than three times. Went inside after being parked for almost 5 minutes to have another customer waiting in line to tell me she hasn’t been waited on and none of the staff even acknowledged her to say they will be with her to take her order. (Also evening shift) if you go, I recommend not going after 3pm.

Ordered take out and they asked what kind of sauce…asked for mild with my meal…came to over $18 for a meal!?! And it was not great by any means definitely not worth $18 never received any mild sauce or napkins!! Like come on now…never going back there again I’d rather go to Cks and actually get a real meal or even take out from there…so definitely won’t be coming back here!!

Don’t recommend going there unless you wanna waste your money on garbage tacos. Some tacos we got had no toppings on them. Others like the hard shell were half filled as you can see in the pics. They still charged us for extra sour cream when they didn’t give it to us as well as they didn’t take the tomatoes off as the receipt states. Overall definitely not worth it. I’m surprised they even got the Pepsi right.

For 32$, I was given two tacos like this (this is now a taco supreme I guess) and a single burrito. When I called and asked if I may get a refund (I certainly didn’t want anymore of the food) the manager, makayla said that was fine. I returned the following morning as I told her I would and was denied my refund by Adam. More than 75 percent of my food was missing. I paid for something I did not receive and that a multi million dollar company is refusing to refund me for.

Are you guys seriously out of chicken? Then why are you accepting orders with chicken if you can’t provide us enough chicken for the money that we are paying for. The chicken chalupas (ordered 4) and the chicken quesadillas had minimal to no chicken in it. Shame on you guys for ripping the customers off like this. My $2 Chipotle chicken burrito had more chicken than my other main chicken orders. All of the orders had more bread than contents. Paid almost $40 dollars for not even $15 worth food. Will never come to this Taco bell joint again.

Routinely disappointing. The soda is usually watered way down. Orders are wrong. The quality of the food is low. Most of the time when I’ve gotten crunchy tacos, they’re all smashed. It seems as if the beef is watered down too, because the hard shells are soaked and falling apart. And this is me eating in the parking lot, so they didn’t suffer a 15 minute trip home. Most of the staff have been thoroughly unprofessional. It certainly seems like they’re drunk or high most of the time. Its taco bell. We aren’t expecting much from you. And when you drop the ball THIS much… I’ll take the extra time to drive in to kingston if I want any in the future.
Since I can’t leave multiple reviews, I’m extending this one. I paid 50 cents extra to add tomatoes to my tacos, and this is how much I got… I got a refund, but the manager was arguing with me that this was the normal amount. A “2 finger pinch”. I had a hankering so I thought I’d give these guys another chance. Shame on me.

Didn’t get what ask for, and my crunchy taco had only 4 pieces of tiny cut up chicken. Very disappointing. No sauce. I ask for the #1 on the menu which includes 3 tacos. Ask for extra sour cream, they gave me none, kind of glad because it would’ve whelmed the meat!
