Went for dinner and there was trash everywhere, overflowing out of the trash cans, on the tables, the floors. The chairs were sticky so that when you sat down you had to peel yourself off of them. Wished we would have took the food to go. The atmosphere was unwelcoming at best. Employees seemed to not be bothered by the mess in the lobby or the customers being there were many of them just standing around. Not from the area and will avoid if I ever come through there again.

Of course went to the drive thru..not a terribly long line, but waited 15 minutes to get to the food window. Got the food, only to find out it was all wrong. Was going to go and take it back, but now the line was longer than before and I didn’t have any more time to waste waiting for them to fix their problem. Just won’t return is all.

Had my family and bunch of mu kids friends over and order the bean burrito. It was cold the wrap crumbled apart. Had them make it again and it had beef in it. I told them to keep the food and the kids ate the half bake casiadilla and we left. Not going back to this one sorry not sorry

I wanted to order the chalupa meal but was told The fryer was down and I could not have them. So I ordered a grilled cheese Deluxe box But once again could not have the so I asked for regular taco. They didn’t give me the taco. The grilled cheese burrito was smashed and falling apart. Ordered 3 Mexican pizza and all of them were all broken and hardly any to no meat. The nachos bellgranda was small and hardly any toppings on it. And my crunch wrap supreme was flat, a little burnt, and not put together very good. And the line cook was swearing in the background I could hear it at the drive thru speaker.

Food was fresh; colleagues thoroughly enjoyed their orders. (Highly recommend Taco Bell’s brekkie menu, specifically their breakfast crunchwraps.)
