We went in for something quick. It wasn’t. Nobody said hello and we had to use a kiosk. Workers in the back was answering his phone and texting with his gloves on and didn’t change them before handling our food. We had to get someone’s attention to get the manager. They walked by several times without saying anything. We were told the manager was making food and would be out in a minute. Manager came out and handled everything.

After ordering at the drive through window. My order was completely wrong. Not a big deal until the girl that took my order started yelling that we are confusing her. Then when I told her what I was still missing she said that I didn’t order that. Well I only repeated myself 3-4 times but apparently paying attention wasn’t her strong suit. After arguing with me I told her to just forget it and pulled away. While she yelled and slammed the window.

I came herE Sept 13th around midnight and there was a pretty long line so I figured my order would’ve had issues. But I when I got my tacos I was thrilled. They were perfect, not sloppy, not skimpy, wrapped correctly so I didn’t spill it everywhere. The best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had in my life, hands down. GIVE THAT COOK A RAISE.

Update: since this review, TB brought on an awesome new manager that basically knows us on first name basis. This has seemed to set a better tone and we haven’t had problems like this since. Added two stars.
I want to acknowledge that this Taco Bell is wonderful during the day. When we come in the evening, however, the food and service aren’t great, and I don’t see us ordering again in the evening at this location. Literally no one wants to eat a quesadilla with cold cheese in it.

Terrible from the lady that called her self the manager and the guy with all the tattoos. Costumer service very poor and we got 5 people order in one bag. No boxes and when I asked for the box the manager said she was saving the boxes . Food poor looking cold and messy. Wonder how this place is going to survive.

The drive-thru experience was great. I received my food and drink with no issues and everything was perfect. I do wish there was a guardrail or something, as the drive-thru is on a pretty steep hill, but it was still a good experience overall.
