My daughter could only eat half of her chicken sandwich; it was lukewarm when she got it and extremely loaded with mayonnaise. My other daughter’s sandwich wasn’t much better. She ate it, but her stomach was uneasy immediately afterwards. The french fries tasted rancid. The accumulation of nasty, old food crumbs and dirt by our table made the experience even more unsettling. The health inspector needs to give this place a surprise visit.

The drive thru had at least 5 cars in front of us and the lady before ordered $55 worth of food. How is it even possible that our burgers that we started to eat less than 10 mins after receiving aren’t even 80°? This is unacceptable and not food safe temps. I don’t want to forget to mention they didn’t have one of the sides ordered through the mobile app, and was told “you’ll have to contact customer service for a refund” cool….

Absolutely terrible food. Cold chicken was dark, dry and resembled leather. This was chicken nuggets as well as wraps. We didn’t even eat it out of fear of food poisoning. The french fries were cold, floppy and some were even wet.

I have tried to eat at Burger King in halls for like a month now but every single time I do they always have the doors locked to lobby this is absolutely rediculous an uncalled for I mean who wants to sit in a car an eat I don’t understand why they can’t keep the lobby open for customers an you can knock on the door an employees will literally just look up at you an refuse to let you in what a freaking joke i wouldn’t complain if it only happened one but it has happened every freaking week feeling very disappointed in Burger King Halls tn location the door was locked again tonight at like 8:30

The gentleman that took my order at drive through was very professional and greeted me with a good morning and listened well on my order and repeated it back to me and asked if I’d like to upsize to medium or large. He spoke very clearly. At the window he took my money was very friendly and courteous. Definitely a valuable employee to have. At the pick up window I got my order quickly. The food was fresh and warm and delicious.

This is the review I tried to leave on Doordash but it would not allow it to be posted. I spent over $60 for service that just was not good. Didn’t receive my free item at all and all other burgers were made completely wrong.
I am so disappointed in this Burger King, especially since it has been my favorite Burger King restaurant for over 30 years. I have lived in this area all my life and I just don’t understand what is going on with our fast food places. I know this BK can do better!
