They did apologize and offered to remake the sandwich, however at that point I had completely lost my appetite. The tuna salad sandwich half part of the you pick two was just great. The soup was not the one we ordered but we didn’t notice until we were well on our way. Delicious, but not the Tikka masala one we ordered. Bummer. The spicy take chicken sandwich was ok, probably could have used more pickle to balance out the creaminess and spice of the sauce. The lemonade was meh.

Excellent service! Stopped at this Panera for a late lunch on the way back to Virginia from Boston. My wife has a dairy allergy (among other food allergies); we mistakenly forgot to let the cashier know about the allergy for the Baja Bowl. After receiving the order with cheese and yogurt on it, I went to order another one dairy free. Making sure they knew it was our mistake; had my card out to pay, but the kind manager told us not to worry about.

[HAIR INSIDE MEAL] I have eaten at this Panera location many times previously. However, today was one of the worst food experiences in quite some time. They removed many great offerings from the menu which was quite disappointing. No more Buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese or the Greek quinoa salad. Yet, worse than that was the long black hair that was inside of my broccoli Mac and cheese. It was most definitely not my hair, as it is a completely different color, and was intrenched under a layer of Mac and cheese. I couldn’t finish my meal and don’t think I will be back to this location.

Let me just say that I am a huge fan of Panera. I love all their food, I’ve had almost everything on the menu. My favorite is the Mediterranean Veggie! The food is always hot and prepared beautifully. The staff at this particular Panera are very warm and welcoming.

Went in Tuesday evening, had horrible week daughter being in hosp I was completely off, 1 daughter wanted panera, other 2 McDonald’s, and other 1 Maggie’s, the girl who took orders around 630 was absolutely amazing asked her if could run McDonald’s while we’re making food told them didn’t need to rush, she told me if was done she’d keep at register with her for me. I was beyond thankful for that

Had lunch with my wife at the Southbury, CT location. Spent about $34. One sandwich was excellent and the other was absolutely terrible, literally less than an ounce of steak on the sandwich and missing most of the topping. Obviously the sandwiches were made by two different employees. Will not be going back for anything else but their baked items. No customer service email and they do not answer your call.
