First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. What a hidden gem! Seated promptly at 830a on a Saturday. Staff was very kind and accommodating, engaging. Food was SUPERB! Plenty of individual restrooms – at least 5-6 (I’m a fan!). Great music, FANTASTIC VIBE! My 13yo son ate everything; avocado toast with basted eggs on the side, million dollar bacon and the pineapple express – another plus since he’d rather be home gaming than ANYWHERE with mom.

We tried the special cornbread, and while it was good, the bottom had places where it was burned. The Tres Leches French toast was good, and everything else was fine. We didn’t really understand the Million Dollar Bacon, as it was swimming in some type of syrup, and the pieces were a mediocre size. The tortilla chips under the Chiliquiles weren’t great, but the rest had good flavor (we ordered with the meat on the side, and liked that it had a little kick). The food was fresh, and the portions large (aside from the bacon)

Jose was quite the delight as he balanced the attention we asked for, the knowledge we needed & the kindness that will keep us coming back!
The breakfast tacos were absolutely superb & the eggs Benedict set the bar for what to expect at an exceptional establishment
The only thing I would suggest is a different take on your breakfast potatoes, they are a bit too big in the cube like shape they’re served… some were even a bit cold. Maybe an option to have a crisper option?
We are excited to continue to explore you’re menu, especially with the holiday edition!

I’ve been to First Watch a handful of times with friends, but today I went by myself on a very busy Saturday around 12PM, walked in and was immediately sat. I was greeted by Noel and he was so personable, knowledgeable, conversational, and extremely attentive. I ordered off the fall seasonal menu of the maple bacon breakfast sandwich. Possibly the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. The sweet apricot jelly went so well with the breakfast sausage and the cheese wasn’t overwhelming. They ask you if you want “really really spicy” jalepenos on the sandwich or on the side but it’s just regular sliced jalepenos lolll. This is Rosemont after all. I’m currently still sitting here in the restaurant writing this review. That’s how good it was

Seasonal summer menu. We ordered shrimp n grits, million dollar bacon, blueberry cornbread, and watermelon/mint juice.
The shrimp n grits were hands down the best I’ve had…but each dish deserved an award of its own. I highly recommend this place and will be back whenever in the area. The serving staff was friendly and attentive also.
