Stopped by Taco Bell this afternoon (March 9th) and had such a great experience! The service was fast, the food was fresh and hot, and everything tasted exactly how it should. The staff working today really made the visit stand out.
A big shoutout to Corrin Meeks and Abby who were working this afternoon. They were both super friendly, helpful, and had amazing customer service. You can tell they really care about making sure customers leave happy. It’s always nice to see employees who are positive, welcoming, and working hard with a smile. Also the cleanest bathroom!
Thank you all for the awesome service today! I’ll definitely be back. ✨

Dining room might as well be a walk in freezer in the winter. Wear a heavy coat!
Waited 45 minutes last time I was here for my food and there were only 2 people in front of me.
Came back today, was feeling like wasting a pile of time obviously, but am thinking it will be my last time. There are about 4 people in front of me and 2 cars in the drive thru, so it will probably be an hour.
The workers are doing all they can to keep up, it’s not their fault and they’re super nice. Probably another place that can’t find people to work for 10 bucks an hour when Sheetz is paying $16/hour and you can build cardboard boxes up the road for $24/hour.
There’s also a loud, very obnoxious high pitched noise in the dining room that comes and goes.
It seems they prioritize the drive thru over dine in as well. It’s been 15 minutes now since I put my order in, there’s 7 people in the dining room, zero have been served.
Guessing this is a franchisee who really couldn’t care less about satisfaction and just needs to own an easy business for tax purposes.
Go somewhere else.

Hello, I couldn’t figure out how to share my experience at fox chapels taco bell location from yesterday. I saw online the quesaritos are back and those were always my favorite. I could not find them on the self ordering systems and asked for help. The guy behind the counter checked for me noticed the item was not listed. He was going to place my order behind the counter register but the manager on duty said he couldn’t use that. The manager then further came around to double check the item was not there. He just said they must be running low on an item and that’s why it’s not viewable. But the cashier went the extra mile and used drive thru to place my order. I have mentioned that was the only reason I stopped in that day. It worked and I got my food. Was very appreciative of what he had done for me. The name on the receipt was Damion but I didn’t catch his name. You don’t see many fast food workers trying to fulfill people’s needs like that anymore.

As another reviewer said, me and the group I was with were told that drive-through orders took priority so we would have to wait. Some of us waited over an hour. I thank the worker who was transparent with us about the extended wait times, but overall if we had realized *just* how long it would be, we wouldn’t have showed up. Not to mention that when I and another member of my group asked about our orders over an hour into our wait, the woman found what we had ordered just sitting on their counter. I’m disappointed, both in how our food was handled (or the lack thereof) and the higher-ups who enforce the strict drive-through timing policy that leads to waits like these.

Have been waiting 20 mins in the drive thru to order my food, thought about driving over the curb before I ordered to get out of the line because I was trapped. After I paid for my food I sat there for 10 mins then they came and asked me what I ordered and if I could give them my receipt back. Been waiting for another 15 mins and still no food. I realize they only have a few people working, which are very nice but this is out of control! At this point close the sit down section or the drive thru section. Stop taking orders if you can’t even fulfill them… People are just standing around now without my food being done and 3 people behind me in line. Get it together Taco Bell

Waited 34 minutes for food. People are nice enough, just took forever. They claim drive through takes priority but the drive through line went over at minimum 4x before we got our food. Drive through also had 3-4 cars at a time, not many. Very frustrating. The manager just stood at the register counting the same drawer over and over occasionally talking to his staff. Food was burnt and they forgot items.

Had a good experience in the past but this time it was terrible. One of our drinks had almost no syrup in it, just carbonated water. They also left out the two bags of chips we ordered. We had to go ask about our order to even get it since they didn’t put it in the pick up rack or call out for us. The soda machine and trash looked like it hadn’t been touched in days. It’s just carelessness.

This store is short staffed and yet the employees are so kind and helpful. Tonight, only two people were working but both made our trip here a delight. Thank you for showing kindness in the world even in tough working conditions.

The 45 minute wait for some tacos and chips made the food taste so much better, the excitement of not knowing if your order is gonna be ready next was exhilarating. It made me feel young again. The 45 minutes of hanging out with my significant other while we wait for our food is what makes life worth living. Above all, the actually quite friendly and fun staff is the reason I stayed and waited for the food, they work hard and I appreciate them for it.
