It is my favorite place to get a meal. Dine in or carry out. In Lexington or anywhere. My fave is the grilled chicken feast. I don’t care for Taziki sauce, but I love their Greek dressing, so I double up on it. I hate onions and they are great with special orders, so leave those off for me ;). At home, I go crazy chopping up the salad even more, cutting up the grilled chicken slices into bite size squares. Then I dump the Basmati rice on top of it all, add my double Greek dressing, and wow, it is a bowl from heaven! Oh, I even crush the pita chip and add it for fun. They are a Coke place, which makes them even more than 5 stars! And the cookies (not the chocolate chip) are to die for – they are sorta like the ones you can get at Kroger, but they are cooked longer and taste yummier. Dine is is the best as the atmosphere is very cool and laid back, a place you are comfortable with a dozen or dining alone. I still chop it up and mix it up, but not as messy when I dine in ;). The lemon chicken soup is always a ‘to go’ so I can eat it the next day. They have daily specials and on the weekends, they have my feast, but with pasta, so I need more Greek dressing, but it can easily be two meals, plus you can buy extra protein for any meal to make it 2. It’s a Mediterranean diet, so it’s very healthy for any heart healthy folks. In the summer, the patio is really nice and cozy. The place is always clean and the staff is attentive. I eat there way too often, but … it’s healthy, so why not?

I can’t speak on the atmosphere but I can tell you about the food. Serving size is large (for me) and absolutely delicious. The salad w/Balsamic vinaigrette dressing is absolutely amazing. Again, the portions can actually make two meals. I had the lamb burger (no bun), grilled veggies, potatoes and salad. I have more than enough for lunch tomorrow.
Pictured below is only half of my food. Great portions!

This was my first time here and I was blown away! The food was amazing. I had the salmon (melts in your mouth), Greek salad, and fruit. Because it was my first experience here, the general manager Bill gave me a sampler of all the dips, breads, and veggies as I couldn’t decide. Very nice guy! I loved everything, couldn’t eat it all, but definitely wanted to. My favorite dip was the whipped feta with honey, absolutely delicious! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service was quick (waited less than 10 minutes for my food). Highly recommend this location. I will definitely stop here again on my way through the area.

The food is always fresh and hot! The service is some of the best in the area. I used curb service today and it was great!

Have been to other Taziki locations and have always enjoyed their food. While maybe not truly authentic, they still do a good job with quality and flavor. The staff was friendly and even though it was mid-day, a staff member came out regularly to clean tables. You order and they bring the food to you. I had the pimento cheese app and my friend had the whipped feta app. Hands down the whipped feta was the clear winner. I had the grilled chicken pesto gyro. The chicken was a little dry, but the flavor was great. We would come back to this restaurant.

The Taziki sauce was good! Along with the pita. I did really enjoy the Chicken Basil-Pesto Pita, I just wished the chicken was in smaller pieces or shredded. The falafel was okay.
Clean interior, friendly staff, quick pick up and yummy Peach Tea!

I got the Build your Bowl with lamb and rice and was thoroughly satisfied with amount of lamb as well as cooked perfectly and the delicious veggies. The only thing different that I did is I did not get the spicy sauce which was not a problem for them to not include it. This is a complete healthy and balanced meal. The peach tea was a bit overly sweet for me but lunch friend lives it.

Our first visit. Very impressed! The location was easy access and there was plenty of parking. Inside, the restaurant was fresh and clean. Good seating selection and outdoor patio seating. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife needs oil free vegan options and they made her some. I got their Friday special “spaghetti” and it was wonderful! It was a great experience. We’ll be back!

Saddened by today’s visit to Tazikis on Southland. Typically this is a great place for my family to eat but after today’s experience i’m a bit unsure of when/if i’ll return. Unfortunately, I was served uncooked chicken while placing a togo order. After noticing I quickly called the store and spoke with a store associate to report the issue. She had me email a picture as proof which is understandable. But after she reviewed the images for herself she agreed that the chicken was pink but carried on by saying it was fully cooked (see images). The issue was left unresolved and overall handled poorly by management. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience, not even an apology. Instead it felt like a great example of gaslighting.

I used to regularly eat here, would take friends and family to this place on occasion. I have not been back since they removed the tomato chutney souffle from the menu. That sauce really took the food where it needed to be, without it, I find that it’s not even worth having. So unfortunate, I really enjoyed my beef sandwich with tomato chutney instead of horseradish.
