I waited over half an hour for a mobile order while people that ordered after me at the kiosk were served within minutes of placing their order. This was consistent with others who ordered mobile. The food wasn’t made correctly which was frustrating because I paid more than I received. It was sloppily thrown together in the bag.

As far as Taco Bell’s are concerned, the food was fresh and tasted fine. The quesadilla was not cut thoroughly but I noticed the restaurant was understaffed for the traffic and the line workers were stressed so they probably were just trying to get the food out quick.
The unfortunate experience happened when the staff lead was fairly disrespectful toward a lady who had been waiting for 15 mins for their food. Even though a customer is rude, the staff still needs to remain professional. In any business, period. Or you get people like me leaving reviews calling out their staff.
Leadership needs to re train staff on professionalism and they also need to provide this restaurant with enough staff to be able to provide quality service still during rush hours.

I work in the mall and no joke every time I go there every worker is rude it’s like they never have a good day it’s ridiculous. They’ll sit and stare at you like you’re a bother, or give an attitude when you ask for your order that’s already made and sitting on the shelves. Hire better people I don’t want people like that making my food.

Bruh I placed a mobile order for a luxe discovery box, and it took 49 minutes. It was a Friday but damn. The employees are usually nice but they must be understaffed or something because I always have long wait times at this location and items will still be missing.

Why would you not substitute black beans for refried beans that you clearly had available for the burrito? Left with a meal without protein and wondering about questionable substitution decisions…

I literally have never written a review in my life so you know it was bad. I work in the mall, I placed an online order so my drink was made early. I politely asked if it could be remade because it was literally curdling (i got a vanilla orange freeze) . She said “it’s going to look the same” with an attitude. You couldn’t have taken two second to remake my cottage cheese lookin ahh drink? Be for real. I walked away and threw it out. Don’t know her name but…….

Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to that is consistently awful. Be prepared for an absurdly long wait, often rude staff, for mediocre food (even by Taco Bell standards). This wasn’t a one off occurrence either, it’s been like this for years, seemingly regardless of how busy it is. My guess is management needs to be gutted before any real change occurs.
The one saving grace is, according to my daughter, they always get her orders right.

Order was almost $100 to have it delivered. This location was 5 minutes up the road from our location…by time we got our food we only had half the order and no ice in any of the drinks. Call door dash to resolve issue, and doordash says to contact taco bell. Taco bell them says they “don’t know how the app works and can’t do anything”. Amazing customer service and experience all around.
