Corey’s Bagels is truly a staple in the community. I honestly can’t understand why anyone would go anywhere else for bagels. These bagels are made in-house and fresh every single day, and you can absolutely taste the difference.
They have a ton of breakfast sandwich options and a huge variety of cream cheeses, so there’s always something new to try. Their drink selection is also amazing and goes way beyond the basics.
The people who work there always have positive attitudes, and that says a lot about the owners and how they run their business and treat their employees. The owners are from the community—not some corporate people you never see and who don’t care.
It’s truly a blessing to have a place like this in the neighborhood. Keep up the great work, guys.

New favorite bagel spot UNLOCKED!!! The Nova Lox is incredible, and the service from Carlos was top-tier. He was super patient while I figured out my order and made the whole experience 10/10. High energy, great vibes, and truly amazing food. You HAVE to eat here.

I have been craving this place ever since I picked up a DoorDash and smelled the yummy bagels…I finally got to try it today and WOWWWW it is soooo good. I got the chicken salad bagel with mott cheese on a garlic and herb bagel and wow chefs kiss Such a welcoming vibe from the second you walk in, fast and great service, I ordered and literally got handed my bagel right as I came up to the pick up counter. So excited to try the other bagels they have Go try it out, it won’t be a waste!

I love this place. They are super friendly inside and very fun to talk to Cory and his wife. Do a great job of running the place and making sure the customers are happy. They gave me a patch when they forgot something in My order so that was nice. Overall, the bagel sandwiches are very good. I go here at least once a week and I’m a bagel enthusiast so I know what good bagels taste like. I hope more people recognize this place and give them their business.

Outstanding bagels! You can tell they are authentic New York style bagels and made fresh daily. The staff is great and the owners are such down to earth people. The cream cheese is made in house too with all real ingredients, their bagel sandwiches are packed with flavor. My favorite is the garlic and herb bagel with their jalapeno cream cheese. They also have a really good pretzel bagel. And if you want the most perfect road trip or work snack, you have got to try their Bagel Chips! They come in a bag that is packed with a ton of them! Grab one of those and a tub of their cream cheese to dip them in and you are set.
Seriously, you are missing out if you haven’t tried this bagel spot!

I drive by everyday in the morning on my way to work and kept forgetting to stop by. Today I finally did. The moment I walked in, I was greeted, the two workers and the owner were very friendly, helpful and professional. It smelled very good too. I ordered a bfast sandwich with eggs, bacon, veggies, avocado, pepper jack cheese, jalapeño spread on plain bagel. It was huge and did not disappoint.

Corey’s in Algonquin is the best Bagel place I have ever been to. This is a true New York style Bagel the is not only made in house but also boiled and then baked. This is a diamond in the rough that you have to visit for one of the best Bagels and sandwiches you will ever experience.

This place is the real deal! I’ve had it twice now whenever I visit this area and each time I am pleasantly surprised by the flavor and the taste.
First time: sausage egg and cheese on pumpernickel scooped: amazing! Hit the spot for breakfast sandwich
Second time: Tuna Salad w/ lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, w/ horseradish cheese. Phenomenal!
Everything I could have wanted in a bagel sandwich and the protein portioning is great!
Would have love to post photos because the presentation is also great but I got too excited and dove in.

Absolutely wonderful modern bagel place! I was quickly served, and Corey (who took my order) was very upbeat and friendly. The workers who put my bagel together were hardworking and accurate. I got a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese, which was very tasty, though they’re very generous with their cream cheese. I will come back to try their sandwiches! 🙂

I don’t even know what to think about this bagel place . When I was in NYC things were different then Chicago in my eyes favoring Chicago . 3 friends ate here twice and not sure if we can say we loved it . Our 2nd experience was awful!!!!
Usually when you buy sandwiches from anywhere else you have to remove item you don’t want. Here it seems you have to build your sandwich when ordering online and select everything you want besides all other extra stuff and scooping question. First time when we order veggie sandwich we got everything in it . 2nd time when we ordered salami and turkey sandwich only came with meat and nothing else since it wasn’t selected, but they are showing complete sandwiches on online ordering . I don’t know a per who would want to order plain bagel and salami for $16. Another problem we had was food poisoning. Shortly after eating 2 of us felt like we are going to throw up . Our stomach was hurting very bad and we both end up with diarrhea. We are done with this place for sure and we don’t recommend it to our friends .
