Second time in a month I have ordered through the mobile app and there’s some sort of employee issue with, processing and making the order. I assume someone is forgetting to press that my order is ready. Over an hour for a doordasher to pick up my food because it’s not ready yet is absurd.

I usually order on the app. They have gotten my order wrong more times than correct. They either mess up the order or completely leave out items. And to top it off, the don’t answer their phone. It’s actually ridiculous how many times I have to waste my gas to go back to get it corrected.

I went to this taco bell yesterday, ordered 1 thing, someone ordered 5 things after me, 2 minutes after I was done ordering and their 5 things were done before my 1 thing, and while waiting for my food, one of the employees wiped their nose on their shirt and kept working on what they were making. I really don’t like eating fast food that much. But I can always count on Taco Bell for something delicious and cheap my go-to is a Cheesy bean and rice burrito always tasty always fresh. The service is pretty good I only use the drive-thru my only complaint is sometimes they cannot hear me speak. And sometimes there’s a language barrier but that’s not really a big issue. I also have to add that I like Taco Bell because I don’t like to eat meat and there’s a lot of vegetarian options
