Tonya was desperately in a hurry to get my order so much so that her and the other person at the cashier could go back to dancing. Training needs to do better with assisting new hires with customer service because that was the worst experience as a taco bell customer.

Just came in to order asked to used the bathroom, went inside the bathroom and it smelled so strong like cigarettes and it was disgusitng! Walked back up to the front to tell the lady that attended me, and she just shrugged her shoulders and said nothing! The staff is very nice but unfortunately the food wasn’t. After a long day of work last night, we decided to grab some tacos and I felt ripped off. Except for the sodas I won’t be going back. I prefer to pay $1 or $2 dollars more than empty tacos. Wow! I really liked it here. What happened?

7/14/2025: Updated Review: I must now change my review of this establishment as today I was treated very poorly and discriminated against. (It’s only gotten worse since other individuals in the same situation as us have caused problems) Now let me explain, at 2:06 p.m. I paid and purchased food in which I sat down and ate. No issues whatsoever. Now it seems that the head manager, and another what he says is a manager approached me and my husband and told us that we needed to leave and we were not allowed in there as they had previously told us before. We proceeded to tell them that we had ordered food and had just finished it, and they continued to tell us that we needed to leave and we were not allowed in there. We asked them to speak with the general manager, and the one woman claimed that she was the general manager, which we know in fact is not true. The other employee who stated he was a manager we asked for his name and he said he did not have to give that information. Then they proceeded to say that we were in the restaurant for over an hour. I didn’t know there was a time limit? And it was not busy or peak hours at this time. If I paid and ordered my food at 2:06 p.m. and was approached prior to 240 p.m., how was it that I was in the restaurant for an hour, and also when these employees were not even on the clock at the time I ordered?
These two employees are the only ones that give us a problem even after we pay everytime we go in there.
I would like to speak with a corporate manager or supervisor immediately as this needs to be discussed. I feel I was discriminated against and more emotional distress added onto my mental health anxiety I’m suffering with from my current situation.

Post from a month ago, approx June 2025: For the situation I’m currently in, there very understanding and let me stay there to charge phones and other electronics and hangout from the heat/cold. Great group of employees

Been waiting for nearly 10 minutes and no one has come to the register. My food is just sitting on the pickup shelf. Looks like I’ll be having cold tacos for lunch. Should have read the reviews before i came. Will only be spending my money at another location.

This has happened twice now, and since this is the second time, I’ve decided to post and never go back to this place.

First order, we get a seven dollar box and specifically asked for no tomato. And of course it comes with tomato. Not even on the receipt so obviously the ones preparing it wouldn’t know.

Then chicken nugget 10 piece combo. First only gave me five pieces. Didn’t notice until I got home. Second, it clearly says that you can get two dipping sauces yet they still only wanted to give me one and charge for the other one, and it says to the receipt.

Other than the fries, being obnoxiously small, the Nuggets aren’t At all what they’re cracked up to be. Maybe it’s just this location. So this was the last time I’ll be at this location.

Fire the management start over again with them. No reason to be making over $100,000 a year and you can’t have your team perform properly.

Ordered food from this Taco Bell location two nights ago.. got severe food poisoning the day after. Ordered two chicken chalupas, Crunchwrap supreme and nacho fries.. the “slow cooked chicken” in the chalupas turned out to be not cooked at all. Tasted cold and rubbery to the touch. Paid extra for extra sour cream and didn’t get it.. the dragon fruit berry refresca was absolutely disgusting and bitter. Have yet to experience good food and service from this location… wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone regardless of convenience unless you want an easy case of listeria.
