Salads were good. The staff member who was making the actual salad seemed out of it, though. He was told to go light on the dressing, and instead, forgot to put any dressing on the salad. When I reminded him, he drenched my salad with dressing. It was a face palm moment. Thankfully, the other salad has light dressing after I reiterated my request to him.

The staff is very welcoming and quick to greet you when you walk in. They are attentive, courteous and a pleasure to be around. Great food to go with it as well! I once forgot to add a drink to my mobile order and went to pay for one in store at pickup and they offered it to me for free.

Great food but if I’m purchasing big bowl, why is my chicken portion so tiny? Some workers are amazing and some just don’t care! Floors were sticky too. Nothing is cooked in front of you as everything served like chipotle style. On TikTok and instagram, they showing them put in pan and heating everything. Here, nothing! Even if we question, we get a lame stare. Do better piata at Akron so I can change my review!

I stopped by Piada Italian Street Food recently, and I have to say the service really stood out. The place has a great vibe, but what made the experience memorable was the way the staff treated everyone.
In particular, jevion deserves a special mention. He’s one of those employees you can tell really takes pride in his work—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Even though the place was busy, he made sure everything ran smoothly and that customers felt taken care of. That kind of energy and attention makes a huge difference.
The food was solid, but honestly, the service is what will keep me coming back. Big thanks to Jevion for making the experience way better than your typical fast-casual stop.

Food is awesome! No complaints about the food at all. The service was terrible, unfortunately. The ladies behind the counter were rude and impolite. We weren’t greeted, and barely even looked at. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

Got my fix of Italian food in a bowl here! Alexis helped me create a concoction that left me full and almost unable to move….it was so good! Great customer service and she was very helpful since it was my first time here. Thank you for helping to fill my belly after I took a long walk in the Cuyahoga park! I definitely recommend here if you need to carb up.

Had the Carbonara chicken wrap and blackberry lemonade. Wanted something different for lunch without having to wait so I ordered online. Food was great, no wait. My only suggestion is that no customers were being greeted as they walked in. With it being my first time, I was a little confused about the online pick-up process. But I will be going back !
