What a terrible place where new Management/ staff is the problem. I put in my order through the phone for pickup which consisted of Caldo De Pollo, Quesabirria Combo and a side of beans. After the long commute from the restaurant by the time I got home and opened the bag I realized I’m missing my (2) Quesabirria Combo from this establishment. As anyone would do, I called the restaurant and requested to speak to the Manager because now I don’t have food but I have paid $16.99 for a plate that doesn’t exist. I spoke to MARISA the Manager on Sunday November 2, 2025 regarding this mishap and how an inconvenience this is because of the commute (20min) and how they came up short on making sure all items are in the bag for their costumers. I was responded by implication of me being a liar and a thief. She asked the young lady who gave me my bag and she stated she gave me my food. I responded she did give me my food but NOT ALL OF IT. If she was so sure of implying that I’m a thief I asked her to check the camera and I have pictures of my food with receipt with a timestamp. I have been going to this place for over a year and now the management has change it shows in the quality. When I kept pushing on the fact I didn’t receive it so what are we going to do to fix this issues? He response was “when can you pick it up?”. As if I made the mistake of not not putting my whole order in the bag?! The manager didn’t want to find a solution she just wanted me to be silenced and get it over with. I responded with frustration and feel the lack of accountability, training and an absence in leadership. She didn’t see a problem and that’s the issue in itself. The fact I had to ask if they can possibly re-fire the order instead her offering shows her incapability of leadership. My husband had to go back and get a refund with the receipt because at that point he was scared they would spit in his food which I informed the Manager. Marisa then lied to my husband stating she apologized about the situation but I wasn’t receiving it. I find that hysterical for someone implying I’m a liar. Crazy! I will not be returning to this location and I hope they hire or retrain their staff to uphold a standard in service and customer satisfaction because what is happening now is beyond terrible and unacceptable.

Went in here with my kids while waiting for another appointment, it was much better than the other place that we had planned to go so we were happy that it happened. There was a little bit of a language barrier but that didn’t stop the service from being very nice. He was quiet, clean, affordable and delicious.

Idk what’s going on with this place and UberEats, but I ordered from this place and this happened twice. Even with everything checked off for their tacos with onion, salsa, grilled onion and jalepeno on the side. They just literally gave me naked tacos. So frustrating.

This was the best ER location we’ve ordered from so far! The staff was all super friendly and they all seemed cheerful. We’re not sure why, but the food seemed tastier than from other locations. Will be hitting this one up more from now on. It’s not close to home, but we drive nearby at least once every couple of weeks.

I went in because my car was getting my tires changed. I enjoyed the menudo. For a moment it reminded me of home and the menudo my mom used to cook. Obviously nowhere near mom’s cooking… But pretty damn good.

Parked outside in the parking lot because I was sick I continuously tried to call inside of the restaurant and no one would answer the phone very bad customer service I’ve been purchasing their soup for some time now this this time was not good you could taste nutmeg over powering soup was not satisfied on top of not answering the phone they collectively Lied and said the phone must be not working , so I called while inside talking to them and the phone rang loud and clear . Won’t be returning.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE unless you want them making your food right away. The “pick up by” time is 100% BS and they will let your food sit for HOURS, well beyond what’s safe according to Health & Safety regulations for food. Then they’ll crack jokes and hand you a cold bag of mush like it’s totally normal. Disgusted. Never again.
