Always get my order right. Food is good and it’s peaceful inside. Prefer this location so when I’m in the area I tend to stop by for a bite. My usual is the Mexican Pizza. I recently tried the Birria taco and it was surprisingly good. The price isn’t too bad either. It was very flavorful.

Food was hot and delicious! We got our food fast and the customer service was excellent. The team member, Chris, who was at the drive-thru was enthusiastic and sweet. He saw that my dog was with me (it was hot out) and gave us water for her. I will return to make future orders. It’s in a convenient area and they never get my order wrong!!

I deal with the Taco Bell in Garwood but this store happens to be the one in Haslet. But all Taco Bells I rate very highly. But the service could be lacking in certain ones such as the one in Haslet. And they are always looking for better help. The future is Taco Bell’s alone. The sky is the limit I did their landscaping for 35 years. I always had a wonderful time and the management is always cordial to all. If there’s a problem 1-800 Taco Bell and let them know they will fix the problem for you.

Rude and arrogant employees, unorganized, never label food correctly. Any questions will be met with blank and arrogant stares. I got messed up once due to food quality. Tacobell is never known for quality, but this one, in particular, avoid if you can.

Charged us for our food and asked us to park in the spots at drive thru exit. 5 other cars waiting for their food as well. 5, 10 then 15 minutes passes and none of the cars have had food brought to them yet. I waited another 5 minutes and then left after 20 minutes of waiting with other cars for food. I contacted Taco Bell via the app two times and never heard back from them when requesting a refund. Had to call my bank to get a refund. I will never come back to this location again. They must be trying to cheat their numbers by ignoring customers and not having them wait in the drive thru for their order
