This is one of my favorite Taco Bell locations and I am a frequent flyer. Today I placed a pickup order of party packs for a youth birthday party and I was genuinely impressed by every phase of the process. Online ordering was easy and the order was accurate and well made. The staff were friendly and helpful. Kudos to the amazing staff members who worked on my order!

The spanish manager who works here is completely unaware of how to manage a business. On top of that the workers are incredibly disrespectful. I go into the drive thru and a younger female is on the mic and is super rude and has a horrible attitude. Why work somewhere that you don’t like? Just because you’re miserable doesn’t mean you should be rude this explains why she works at taco bell. However, a man who appeared to be in his early 20s was wonderful. He was a maybe light skinned hispanic male who was respectful and nice when speaking too. He deserves a raise having to deal with his coworkers.

Constantly go there and it’s always a long wait to get anyone to help you. . I guess you have to use the kiosk…. Go there frequently to pick up food and it’s never ready.I don’t understand they get the order 30 minutes in advance.It’s like nobody is moving there with any enthusiasm they need a Manager… It just seems like it’s a bunch of people chilling , just trying to get through the day , not really caring about doing their job .. Don’t really care about regular customers when I go there as one….. And then they really , really don’t care if you go there , picking up ….

First time here. The place looked new. The place was clean and neat. It has some industrial touch in decorations. Different from other Taco bells. I love that each Taco Bell has it’s own way of looks, all look different and nice

Every time you walk in no matter if you’re there to pick up or just place an order you’re there waiting 5 minutes at the minimum before someone greets you. People are over there working looking at you not calling over anyone to help … This is every time nobody comes to help you when you walk in your order can be ready there waiting 10 more minutes all you needed was somebody to give you a little bit of customer service….. This is every time you go there. You’re dealing with someone new, not doing a job, just not Interested……

Me and my boyfriend were just trying to order food at 9:50 December 23rd. When we originally ordered the lady who was on the mic in the drive thru had so much attitude. When we went to pay for our food we gave her a $50. the total was 21.15 she gave us 21 in change. how does that make sense? than she tried to say we were lying and sue brought the manager. the manager cussed at me and saying all this bullshit like i’m trying to scam her for $7 . Like how can people let someone like her run this , i laughed her in face and we left this is crazy.

Don’t understand this place you walk in and this is almost every nobody is there to help you. It’s like they don’t have a set person at the registers…. Food is decent… Then I went in there again 30 minutes later to pick up again and waited another 30 minutes for an order that was placed an hour ago. Then once the order was ready it’s sat on the table for 10 minutes before somebody came and gave me the bag and the drink.. you call this customer service making your customers wait for fast food
