Burger extra pink on the inside. Ordered large fries and received overcooked fries with bonus crumbs due to grease that hasn’t been changed. Wendy’s won’t be seeing me for awhile. Poor food quality.

Ordered chicken tenders meal and Jr burger no ketchup with med drink. I was charged for a full single burger slap full of ketchup. When I took it back I said I didn’t order this and they said what do you want. Refused a refund and just handing me Jr burger.

Food was really fresh & cooked to order. Very nice staff. Drive through was speedy even with a long line! Many healthy options available instead of just burgers and fries. They will also cook grilled chicken breast alone without a bun priced less than traditional chicken sandwich! Really Good! Location has easy access to Interstate 475 and is near many hotels and shops most within walking distance if needed.

I’ve been going to Wendy’s for some time now, but lately the cooks have been rushing with cooking the order. I told them my daughter had a $7 meal the (bacon double stack) and the meat was pink. The same thing happened again. I didn’t take any pictures but I will not be going back to this Wendy’s anymore. The crew members were nice and they move pretty quickly but I think the cook needs to take their time.

I just placed an order online went to the drive thru for pick up. They asked me to pull up they were waiting on cheese sauce for my topped fries. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and baconator fries. I pulled up and waited approximately 12 min to receive my food. When i got home, I noticed grease in my seat when I picked up the bag of food to bring inside. Still unsure, however when I started pulling my food out of the bag, I quickly figured out where thr grease was coming from….it was the fries. When I tell you they were sitting in about an inch of GREASE, I am not exaggerating. Ill attach a video for proof. I knew I couldn’t eat them, so I thought maybe my dog (who will eat anything) turned her nose up at them and only ate a few pieces of bacon off the top. So that’s proof they were horrible.

Don’t waste time stopping here. They are out of salt, BBQ sauce and the drink machine is malfunctioning. They tell you none of this until you order is filled. This is poorest managed Wendy’s I have ever visited.
