Honestly it’s a joke. No one reads the notes and I’m over it. My chalupa was supposed to be extra chicken, no lettuce and no tomato. Instead I got basically no chicken, 90% lettuce and tomatoes. My beef Supreme was supposed to be beef, beans, rice I added and sour cream. Instead I got no beans and I never even received my cinnamon twist. I ordered through uber and yes I get a credit but that doesn’t solve the issue of me not having the food I ordered.

The food from this taco bell is immaculate. Th crunchwraps have always been at least 8/10, but I’ve had a number of times recently of it being 10/10. There was a lot of meat, the cheese was gooey, it was crunchy, even the tomatoes tasted surprisingly good, and it was so fresh and warm. I’ve been to a lot of taco bells in my time, but this one is hands down the best. It also really helps that the service is just really fast. I stop here whenever I’m on the I95.

Wanted take out. App not working, so I used drive thru and ordered. When I got home I found out I was overcharged after looking at pricing on the app (it had shown pricing, but did not allow the order to go through). There was no receipt in the bag! According to app cost of food with tax was about $5.00 less than I paid in cash. Next time I will use credit card, less chance of this kind of mistake happening.

After almost 2 years I went back and was immediately made to realize why I stopped going to this Taco Bell. The customer service is horrible – snappy, extremely impatient, and downright rude person on the drive thru. I would think most establishments are at least willing to hear and have patience when someone is expressing their dietary restrictions. Anyways – have always love Taco Bell food but the customer service is what has kept me away for so long and might again in the near future.

Service was very slow. Overheard the manager talking to people in the drive through, he was very rude to them. I ordered my food on my phone and it took 20 minutes for it to be ready. Overall the place is clean but the service could be much better.

Manager had no clue where the online order goes , kept screaming and asking to not block the drive thru line . We decided to park and visit the cash counter in the store and the order was ready to go . I called the manager to talk , he still kept arguing blaming the computer saying I don’t see your order , I don’t see your order , it takes time to reflect on the screen, I told him the order was ready and why is he still arguing and asked him is the order ready magically ?? He didt have an answer then and said May be it went on back computer . He can’t be a manager if he does not understands the basics.

I have the worst experience ever every time I go I have a bad experience this time I went after no sour cream they were sour cream they gave me my cheese with no chips I’ve been calling for 2 days straight and nobody has answered the phone this is the second time this has happened since I’ve been to this location and there was like 12 people working in the back there’s no reason why my food was wrong I do not and I repeat do not recommend this location it is always something maybe if you’re going to dine in it is okay but if you were going to leave you better look through your bags six times

This makes 2nd time I visit this store that I had issue with the workers. My husband is haitian . The night crew was haitian. Somehow they apparently didn’t realize he was becouse we ordered 2 meals. And he heard them talking about me in kreyol. He confronted the manager. A year later, March 23rd, I come in we ordered the meal for 2. He came from work and was hungry so I came in to get. I don’t know if it was becouse I had belly or what but they done it again. Becouse I maybe fat don’t mean I order all that for myself . They also seem to have issue with making the order.
