Ordered ahead online and they had no record of my order. Total time in restaurant was almost 45 min waiting to have them make my order AND then I got regular instead of extra crispy. They realized after it was made and I said forget it bc I was done waiting. I understood I was going to go in and pick up my done purchase and that’s not what happen. Very disappointed

Stopped by for a quick lunch in the drive thru. Lady at the window looked out of it. She got the gist of our order but…. forgot the napkins and cutlery. Have you ever tried to eat coleslaw without a fork or spoon? Turns out French fries work. Also she didn’t give us our requested dipping sauce for the tenders. The food was ok…. but the service stunk. We will make another choice next time.

Shocking… from walking in until leaving.. waited an age to be served because the guy was too busy complaining about having to work to the team “behind the counter ” finally took order .. once received it was wrong but the servers had all disappeared … seems talking outside is way more important than actually serving people!! For a new store this is not a food ambassador foe the brand …

Started my order online got there when the website told me to get there and wasn’t even acknowledged at the counter for a good 5 minutes because this crew was all busy talking in the back. Waited another 15-20 minutes from my order because they apparently hadn’t started it yet and then they forgot half of the order. Had to go back in twice.

Enjoy the people that work there they have always been extremely friendly…However the cleanses is not always regular and the out date atmosphere is even less desirable… In dire need of a remodel… Also the consistency of the food is always off…I myself am not a KFC or Taco bell fan but my kids like the combination so they are all walk out happy ….that’s when I allow them what they would call a treat …
