Looking at the previous reviews, this place is hit or miss. Luckily, my experience was a hit. The restaurant was clean, the employees were nice and didn’t have any issues with the food. Got the western bacon burger, and the onion rings were awesome. Good thing this place is close to work. Hope it’s this good next time I come by.

Definitely check your bag before you leave, this chicken tenders should not have even been given to a customer. They’re burnt as well, as long as it took the staff to “cook “ the food I thought they were being made fresh. The young lady that took my order was very friendly.

Hardee’s is hands down my favorite fast food restaurant. However, this location is absolutely horrible. I have been there three times, and not only did they mess up the orders all three times, but the food was awful. I was hoping it was just a fluke, so I gave them a few chances, but they just continued to disappoint. If you want Hardee’s, you’re better off going to Groveport.

Sarah was so attentive and nice she definitely has great customer service. I asked her about a meal and she described it exact and she told us about the Peaches and cream pie and holy moly it was as good as she described. All the food was absolutely delicious also.

Whatever manager was working the evening of 05/09 needs to get some things together. Don’t tell people to pull up & then head out to break & not tell your employees people are waiting for food. Had to wait for “fresh fries”, wouldn’t know if they were or not after waiting 20 mins for my food. Thanks to the employee working the front that brought our food out, nothing agaisnt her, just management.

Worst fast food experience I can ever recall. Tried every non diet soda and all were carbonated water with very little flavor or sweetness. Burger patties were nearly raw. Only positive I can think of is that order was ready really fast, but I would prefer my burger cooked than that quick.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Burger and fries were cold. Hot ham wasn’t hot either…in fact, it was stuck to the wrapper. Buns were hard, either stale or too long in a warmer. For the price, this should be freshly made and edible. Praying we don’t get sick!

Just went thru the drive thru ordered a number 9, a big hot ham and cheese, two apple turnovers got home had no fries no hot ham and cheese and one apple turnover. Never again will I go back

If you go here check your order before you leave. While waiting an inordinate amount of time for my food several orders ahead of me did check and did not get a correct order. Our order was right but the fries were like warm. I thought Hardee’s was supposed to have charbroiled burger. Our burgers tasted like they were boiled and kept warm in a crockpot. Very tasteless. The top of my bun was greasy. Won’t be going back.

Food was OKAY but, despite it being 3AM, you could tell the burgers had been cooked a bit ago. A bit disappointing considering how slow they were at the time. It is nice for there to be a 24/7 option again in the area that’s not breakfast food.
