Most disgusting Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, the floor was sticky and filthy from mud and food , there wasn’t a clean table in sight. It wasn’t busy and there were several employees that I could see behind the counter. We ordered about $30 worth of food for my family and had to go back up to the counter 3 different times because stuff was missing or incorrect. Do not recommend eating here.

Ordered this through Doordash tonight and the driver brough the incorrect order (driver informed me it was handed to them by an employee and to reach out to the store.) I called the store asking what could be done (potentially go get the correct order myself) and I was told to contact doordash because “this wasn’t their problem”. Not very impressed with their customer service skills. (Yes I realize doordash is at blame here too) I had the order reissued to potentially get dinner still tonight and the secondary driver called me to tell me the employees inside were rude to him as well. After the dasher sat there for 40 minutes the guy had to cancle my order as they weren’t making my order.

This place is AWFUL! Every table is dirty covered in food. Same for the seats. Napkins and food everywhere. Employees are super rude. Food was not what was ordered. Then they remake the 2 wrong items and got to eat and theres a hair wrapped up in the meat. At that point we asked for a refund. Just horrible experience all around. This is our 2nd time coming. The first time was almost as bad. Except there was 1 decent worker who was working super short handed so we were more understanding. Decided to try again and it was no different aside from the awful customer service this time. Real shame. All these bad reviews but not one reply.

By far one of the worst. Food is stale staff doesn’t care, and they never open the dine in and won’t answer the phone. So when they mess up your order which they probably will don’t think you can fix it. The manager and who ever owns this place should consider some changes. Starting with them!
