Consistently inconsistent. Wait times are insane, always complete newbies at the register with not enough training. Everyone seems to be on the verge of panic even when it’s slow. Food is often sub par compared to other locations. They’re clearly understaffed and undertrained, yet they stay open and muddle through.

Do not go to Taco Bell in Keene, and more specifically, do not go through the drive through. Last week, we got held up in the drive through for so long, we were late for a movie. So, thinking that it was not a normal thing, I went through the drive through again today and waited for 45 minutes, and I couldn’t leave because there is a fence along the drive through lane, so I couldn’t leave. The 1st car sat in the lane most of the time, and I don’t think they even got anything, and the person in front of me had a problem with her order and added even more time in the DT lane.

Me and my grandma were taking are monthly shopping trip to Keene as she lives in a nursing home and love going out. She has always loved going to get chicken as are past experience here have been amazing and everyone was so nice to her but not this time. The lady taking are order was incredibly rude rolling her eyes at least five times for no reason as we were tell her what we wanted she kept stopping us and making snarky comments. I work in the service industry and completely understand when someone is having a bad day but this was not it. It was totally unprofessional and when my 96 year old grandmother asked for her receipt she basically throw it at her. I can confidently say that this is the worst I’ve ever been treat going to get food somewhere. I will not be coming back here and I don’t suggest going unless your okay being treated this way.

Stopped and had diner with my Family we ordered tacos and kfc and a had a great meal. Sad that the frozen drinks are never an option as the drink machine hasn’t worked in 3 years. But overall everything else was great.

The service was an absolute train wreck, and it felt like a comedy of errors. They managed to mess up not just our order, but several others as well. It was like they were playing a game of “Guess What the Customer Actually Wanted.” Spoiler alert: they failed miserably.

First time I’ve had Taco Bell in 2 years an no exaggeration, 20 minute wait for everyone inside. After 20 minutes I asked for an update, was told “oh I bumped that one” it hadn’t been started. Left without asking for a refund.

Drink machine was clearly out of flavoring syrup, so the soda we received was disgusting and the tortillas on all my kids soft tacos were so stale they were hard and crunchy. Burrito was burnt. Staff was friendly but the location was out of many regular menu items and the food quality was appalling.
