I ordered a few tacos for take out. When my order was done no one ever called my name, I waited for 30 minutes after ever employee looked at me about 20 times each then I asked about my order it’s been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes and then I said no one ever called my name for my order and the ignorant young girl at the counter said o well were not sorry with a nasty little smerk on her face. You should teach your employees some respect when serving customers.

This place needs to get their act together. I ordered online to be picked up at the drive-through. I go to the drive-through and I talk to the computer. I drive up to the window. They have no idea what I’m talking about. They don’t have my order so they asked me to drive around again, which I did Get to the window. And now they’re trying to give me the wrong order. So I repeat what my order is supposed to be and I get half of my order and I tell the girl they’re missing something. She looks at me like I have 10 heads someone else comes over and says are you all set? No, I’m not all set. Part of my order is missing. I understand being busy, but these employees really need to get their act together. As far as I’m concerned they were all useless. No apologies nothing and on top of that the food was cold.

Not only did I have to go back around because they forgot my chicken quesadilla but I tell them and this is what I get. Rushed, not hot, not cut!

I’m not sure if it’s maps that needs to update their hours of operation, but I drove to this location (Newport Ave) for breakfast. On maps it says the dining area is open at 9. I arrived ten of 10. The doors were locked. Looking through the windows, you can see the chairs are up on the tables. There was a dark blue vehicle wearing Rudolf antlers and nose, parked in front of the building (assuming it belongs to the opener). The lights are not on.

Why does the drive through girl never listen? You can repeat your order 3x and she will still ask very dense questions. If I order a crunch taco and you have to ask soft or hard then there is a bigger issue at hand. Where’s a manager when you need one.
