I didn’t get half the items I ordered. The items I received were cold. The Quesada I ordered had black specks of other burnt food of the grill all over it, the same Quesada was also completely undercooked to the point where the cheese in it looked like shredded cheese out of the fridge. Never eat here. The employees are clearly upset that they have to work after 8pm and they don’t want anyone to show up to make them do do any work.

Stopped by this location yesterday for dinner with my girlfriend and went through the drive thru and that started the worst service I’ve ever received from a taco bell in my life. We had to pull into one of the spots to wait on our food since we ordered chicken products and they had to grill it which is understandable. But we were told it would only be about 5 minutes, 15 minutes later my girlfriend went in and was confronted by the drive thru employee very rudely after telling the cashier that we were still waiting on our food. After being told it would only be a couple more minutes we found out that our food was given to another car that had gotten there after us which was absolutely ridiculous. I’m not sure what the attitude problem was about with the one employee yesterday evening at the drive thru but there’s no need for that. When my girlfriend went back in another 10 minutes later the cashier was bringing the food to her as she got in the door and apologized which I appreciated. But none of that should have ever happened. Our food which aside from one of her tacos missing avocado ranch sauce and us not being given any sauce the food was great. But the service and attitude from this location was absolutely horrible and I don’t plan to come back anytime soon. Overall what should’ve a 5-10 min wait for our order turned into a 40-45 min wait with an employee with an attitude and serious hunger and frustration.

When a person comes thru a drive thru no one should be making anyones food untill their done ordering. And also it unprofessional for a cook to be in the back ground acting like a 15 year old say ugh it already made. Rude and uncalled for dnt make the food till order is done and modified… not everyone eat there food how it on the menu and i shouldnt be asked if i can comadate the cooks feeling im the customer. I am calling corporate on thus store and if this isnt ill be back to talk to higher ups management. Something need to be done here about service 15 one stars in just one month on bad service… guessing u are the worst taco bell in the world..

This particular Taco Bell deserves zero stars. The staff is incompetent. They don’t listen to what you are ordering at the drive up and don’t give you what you ordered. Not to mention, things are just sloppily made. It’s not like I could go back and get anything corrected because I was not given a receipt.

I enjoy coming to this taco bell because for the most part, the staff is very friendly. The only issues I seem to always have is small or inconsistent food portioning and sometimes I have waited 15+ mins in the drive-thru for my order. That is absolutely insane.

I don’t understand how an entire staff can be so incompetent. They managed to mess up my order not once but twice. Even after I told them what it was supposed to be. I just gave up the second time because clearly the staff can’t do their jobs. Staff was also incredibly rude and stopped remaking my food for a few minutes to go ring out customers. (My food sat there and got cold). I truly do not understand this level of incompetence, complete and utter failure on all levels.
