And the award for the most inconsistent Taco Bell I’ve ever had goes to… Here! I’m not going to lie, we come here every other week for a taco Tuesday meal and usually order a decent amount of food. EVERY single time we order more than 3 items, something is always missing or is completely wrong. Then, you go inside and wait another 15 minutes for one item, letting the rest of your food get cold. No apologies, nothing added for your convenience. Honestly, the service here is TERRIBLE. They can’t keep staff on, they can’t get orders right. Honestly, this place is not what a Taco Bell should be. But it isn’t all bad, usually for the food that is right, it tastes like it should. Who doesn’t love food that looks the same going in as it does coming out of you!

Have had a pretty mixed set of experiences at this location. Food is usually good (provided its the correct order), which might be worth a few extra staff training seminars on customer service and order taking. Good staff are hard to find. I recommend rewarding those who are doing a great job and finding some more just like them.

One would think that because it’s “fast food” and I placed my order online, picking up the product would be easy, especially if you’re short on time, just like at any other fast-food restaurant.
It had been a long time since I last ordered from them due to the terrible service, the problems with the products in my order, and the huge delays. Months later, I decided to order again, placing my order 15 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru, only to find that some items were missing from my order. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to fix the problem, and I wasn’t the only one; there were two other customers with similar issues!
I will never go there again and I would not recommend it at all if you want to eat quickly.

I know the picture won’t do it justice but the fillings make up about 60% of the taco. Plus this Taco Bell gets my order right about 40% of the time and it’s disappointing to say the least. I’m tired of it.

Disgusting dining area and even worse looking bathroom. The associates are rude and do a half-ass job with everything. Sloppiest food I have ever received from a Taco Bell! Horrible experience.

I waited over thirty minutes for two meals. A family ordered 7 minutes after me and recieved their food 10 minutes before me. Then another single person who came in 20 minutes after me just got their food before me.
This place needs some management, cause the employees are lost and don’t understand anything about customer service.
Last time I will ever come to this Taco Bell.

I enjoy coming to this taco bell because for the most part, the staff is very friendly. The only issues I seem to always have is small or inconsistent food portioning and sometimes I have waited 15+ mins in the drive-thru for my order. That is absolutely insane.
It’s also very dark around here at night and creepy.
Update. Dine in today. The place is clean & the cashier is super friendly and great at multitasking. However, the kitchen is very slow despite being moderately busy.

Send corporate immediately to train these employees on cleanliness and customer service. Restaurant is consistently dirty. Tables, floors and smells filthy. No one is ever at the counter to take orders, therefore you’re waiting on yourself. The kiosks are touchscreen. When my son was ordering, he (must have) accidentally touched pico de gallo, and this added to his cheesy roll ups. When he went to let them know that his order was incorrect they told him that he was wrong, and that he ordered pico de gallo. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? I then went up to let the worker know that the order was incorrect and she showed me that the order had pico de gallo added. I told her it was a mistake and it must’ve been because of the touchscreen and if they had people actually taking our orders, it probably wouldn’t have happened. She rolled her eyes and said fine. I’ll just make him another one. I’m done coming here no matter if my kid likes it or not.

The food you asked for one thing they will give you totally different thing. it’s so many times happen with me. I love Taco Bell, but I’m not going this store again and employees are so unprofessional. They don’t care about the customer. taste of the food from here is weird.
