Went in Friday night to a disaster. Had 3 employees on break and 3 on the floor. Waited 15 mins for 5 tacos and a meal. And of course they put tomatoes on both things that were marked no tomatoes. Had one employee saying how she didn’t want to be there and sticking her hands up her shirt complaining she was hot! Horrible experience

I usually avoid this location because an old manager Samantha was extremely unprofessional and let the staff sprinkle hair into your food if she didn’t like you but I heard she left so I returned and the new staff is great, food was right and good quality and they had excellent customer service. So happy Samantha is gone would seriously drive out of my way not to go to the tiogue location

I am writing this review roughly 15 minutes after recieving the WORST fast food /customer service experience of my life. I used the app to order 2 boxes along with 2 fries ,a cinnamon twist and cinnabons. Although the food was not put in boxes and instead tossed in a bag, i had just asked for an empty bag to seperate our orders in which i did in the parking lot.( i usually do check my bags with big orders) . Unfortunately we were missing the 2 nacho fries and i immediately got back in line. I had spoke to 2 people explaining the food items were missing and as soon as i started pulling up past the speaker. the manager “kels” maybe kelsey or chelsea (if i misheard) called out on the speaker arguing with me that SHE KNOWS she put the food in there and I offered her to even check our bags because she then accused me of taking them out in an attempt to get free food . Her attitude was obnoxious and made me uncomfortable, making me seem like a thief just because she refused to admit the mistake and just give us the missing items. Even when i pulled up to window she had a nice girl talk to me instead and was telling her what to say instead of addressing me face to face. Inwhich kels ( the rude manager) told the nice employee to tell me that they cant give out free food and wouldnt give me a refund because i ordered online. After I stood my ground firmly the nice girl gave me the cash for the missing items.

late night manager kels, possibly short for kelsey or chelsea was extremely rude after messing up my friend and i’s order. ordered two meal boxes, two orders of nacho fries and a two piece of cinnabons. our fries weren’t in the bag. when we went around to explain that our food was missing she gave my friend the worst attitude, refusing to give us the fries that we ordered, saying we could have easily taken them out of the bag. when we pulled up to the window she didn’t even come up herself and instead had a sweeter girl handle our problem. when trying to cancel our order and get a refund from the taco bell app she was no help. thankfully the girl at the window was sweet enough and gave us the five dollars the fries roughly costed. just want to know why managers feel they can give attitude over a mistake THEY made and accuse customers for trying to get free food at almost 11pm.

It was really nice for 2 people we ate allot for under 15$ it was refreshing to get some good ol classic fast food. Taco bell hit the spot and i even did a mukbang to it. The have good quality food that feels and taste fresh the staff was friendly yet efficient with how quickly me and my other revier got our food. I highly suggest going here you want some good for dinner or lunch

This place is so slow and so rude. Everytime I come it’s a 30 minute wait regardless of how many people are there. They consistently mess up my order and the workers lack basic comprehension skills. Come to this taco bell only if you want to wait for 30 minutes for them to forget your order and then ruin it.

This place is following other fast food restaurants in the area and polluting their lot with debris. They pulled all outdoor convenient trash receptacles so no many eating in the parking lots are not taking their trash home like they hoped. Time for regulation from the town to step in on any fast food drive through.
