This establishment boasts elevated prices compared to others, and unfortunately, the service and product quality do not align, falling on the lower end of the spectrum. As a result, I have decided to discontinue my patronage of this particular location. While there are alternatives in closer proximity, I have found the Stoughton facility to consistently meet my expectations.

I would give less than one star if I could. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Extremely rude staff and the food is horrific. I ordered quesadillas and there is charred food, no sauce, and hardly any chicken on them. Mostly they’re just dry tortilla. I ordered potato bowls that had dried out potatoes with no toppings. Cant comprehend how it’s so hard to do such simple tasks you’re getting paid to do. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here but it’s certainly the last.

I will never go back to taco bell!!! I ordered 3 tacos and what I received was very little meat, tomatoes and cheese . What I did get was tones of lettuce and taco shell!! Good way to go out of business taco bell!! You are a very greedy restaurant who is worried about making tones of money instead of making a taco filled with all ingredients! I will do myself a favor next time I want a taco and make my own!! My taco’s were gross!

Weirdly uncomfortable interaction. 3 girls arguing over who’s going to go over and talk to me. There was no one else there and all I wanted was 4 Cinnabon delights. Then the one girl who came to the register didn’t even say hi or what do you want, she just came over and stared at me. Then proceeded to tell me my card declined over the $4 purchased. And when it actually went through i just awkwardly walked away…

Carli made my order to perfection!! She updated me that my large order would be just a few more moments. The customer service was above and beyond. It made up for the fact that the crunchwraps had a baby scoop of beef in them. I will give them a second try because she made the stop very calming. Thank you Taco Bell.

If I could give a 0 I would. Order 6 tacos with paying cash. (only can order thru kiosk inside) Because no worker monitors how people are paying, until they collect your cash they dont process your order, but dont tell you that. I waited 15 minutes for someone to finally ask what I was waiting for (no one at the counter). 4 people who ordered after me received their orders as they didnt pay cash. When I tried to explain that I had been waiting 15 minutes and why they hadnt processed my order, the attitude and response from the worker, I would have fired the person. told me she didnt need to take my cash and process my order. No one could believe the response. Wont be going back here.
