If you’ve ever been to Taco Bell you already kind of know what to expect. Food wise. Here though what I appreciate most is the consistency with getting my orders right. Mistakes do sometimes happen, but expecting 100% accuracy 100% of the time is not realistic. Overall I do enjoy coming to this Taco Bell when I’m in the mood for this food.

Such a strange experience. They took my card and charged me at the first window. Then refused to give my card and receipt back to me. The guy said it did not go through. After a while and I asked a second time for my card back he said hold on….. The employee then printed a duplicate receipt (it prints the words ‘duplicate receipt’ on the receipt). He kept my original receipt that was in his hand and gave me the duplicate. As though the transaction just happened….yeah it’s all strange. And straight face lied to me that the receipt was just printing now that we were waiting for that.

Service quality is generally good. Sometimes service could be better, but you have to take into consideration all that they do. It can’t be the easiest of jobs to get fast food out fast and correctly. Their value menu is more expensive than other Taco Bell’s. Still it is a good deal.

Online orders for “quick pick up” shouldn’t take over 30 minutes to where quick pick up customers are standing and staring while Drive thru customers who just got there are served one after the other making ordering online pointless.

As much as i love taco bell this location is going downhill fast. The lengths of time they take to even take an order is longer and longer, you can visibly see and hear how much people who work there hate it. This past time they had no soda and was filling cups with bagged lemonade that i saw through the window. At this point you’re better off driving the extra distance to a different location or a completely different restaurant. I’m so disappointed in how far they are falling.

I’ve come for the 3rd time this week and ordered a beef quasarito like I always order. I repeated to the order taker “ NO sour cream please” and he had an attitude with me and said “ how the heck would I know that if you didn’t tell me” I told him that’s the first thing I said when beginning my order and they still put it the last two times I came. When I paid he repeated no sour cream and STILL IT HAD SOUR CREAM AGAIN. I told the guy no receipt please and pulled foward, he opened the window and proceeded yelling at me to back up for the receipt. I yelled back that I didn’t want it. He continued to yell at me that I need to backup and take it. He had such an attitude and still messed my order up for the third time in a week. Horrible service !!!

We ordered KFC from this location bc they have both TB and KFC so not fair to judge TB food based on KFC but honestly the Mac n cheese was runny a huge disappointment. My chicken was very crispy which I love but my chicken was very dry. Kinda sad bc I was looking forward to some KFC chicken. $24 [includes tax] for 2 meals no extras. Expensive for a meal that wasn’t up to their normal standards.

The guy working the drive through was very nice. He handed us our food and we realized they forgot the KFC part of the order. I went to go into the store but the doors where locked, no one could get in. I had to bang on the window for 10 minutes until someone finally noticed me. Once they did they came over opened the door and questioned me like I was going to rob them or something. Once I explained what happened her attitude changed. She apologized got my food and gave me a free cake. Who doesn’t love cake. Come on.
