Every time I go they mess at least one thing up. Especially with Uber or DoorDash. I called today when they left out one of my items and they said to come pick it up later since I was at work. I went after work and it took 20 minutes and 4 people to tell me I can finally get it. Nobody apologized and they tried to make me come back tomorrow. Absolutely atrocious service. The manager was just as bad. Honestly an awful establishment.

I wish i could give it -100 stars. This is the worst taco bell i’ve ever been to in my ENTIRE life. I had to wait over an hour and a half for 2 of the SAME meal. I’m 15 and got verbally harassed by the workers for accidentally taking a cup I thought was mine. They REFUSED to give me another cup unless I payed for it because I was “stealing” I will NEVER be going back there again. I also got the WORST stomachache from the food! Not to mention I asked for sauce and didn’t get any!!

Unacceptable is a polite term for what I had received as food tonight. Ordered via door dash, a 45 minute wait and this is what I received. To add insult to injury I added extra beef to my items and were charged for the extra, and did not get what I paid for. Gordita ended up going in the trash because there’s barely any meat at all on it. Gross.

If I could give zero stars I would. Website says open until 12am. Waited in drive-thru line from 11pm-11:20 for them to tell me they are closed. Couldn’t back out cuz there were a line of cars behind me cuz clearly all those people thought Taco Bell was open too.

The store smelled horrible and I am not certain what happened to the food from Taco Bell, which was never that great, but it tasted terrible. The staff was ok, just seems as if people who are working in fast food, aren’t ever happy nowadays.

What I cannot fathom is why it takes forever to get food at this taco bell when there’s never anyone inside eating and there’s no one in line. Secondly why is the done in option not available here? Are they scared that the bug bad covid monster may still get inside in 2023? Could it possibly be the owner decided for business purposes they don’t allow dine in anymore in order to save money? Third option is the staff is lazy as hell… which is it?

Randomly decided to close early and not follow posted hours. Employees still there. Let our online order go through with out any warning they would be closed and then employees were very rude when we called trying to figure out what to do since they decided to close early.
