Whoaaaaa! These are the best tacos I’ve EVER found on the big island and possibly in my entire life. Which says ALOT because I grew up on authentic mexican food. I couldn’t believe how delicious. My only criticism might be more of a recommendation, to double-up on the tortilla because they fall apart almost immediately. The meat also has more fat than I’m into but was seasoned so well it didn’t even matter. The pickled peppers & fruit was honestly the highlight of the entire meal. I even tasted cinnamon in there which somehow blended in gorgeously. LOVE!

Try it, just try it. Crazy fresh ingredients, from scratch, quality over quantity. All the sauces, garnishes, EVERYTHING is from homemade. Authentic as authentic can be. Best Mexican food on the island, hands down. No one even comes close!

I have driven past this little taco stand parked at the top of Paradise many times on the way home. I decided to stop last Friday and sample her taco’s. She had rolled chicken and steak (Carne) available so I got one order of each. They came with beans and rice and an assortment of pickled veg. My husband and I ate them on the way home and we were blown away. So ono! The tortillas are fresh, the steak was tender, juicy and flavorful. We fought over the rolled taco – best I have ever have! AND….the beans that came with the meal – Seriously the best refried beans I have ever, ever tasted in my life. When we got home, my husband demanded I go get more and I hopped in the truck and gladly drove back and a snack turned into dinner. Lets keep Taco Aina going people. Best Mexican food I have had on the island!
