The food took forever to come out. We watched others get their food who came in after us. When the good finally came the fries were bland and not crispy. The burger was dry. The saving grace was the onion rings. It was a meh experience overall.

Waited 2 hours to get our food. We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon not particularly busy our server was very kind and told us she was the only one and that they were busy we were understanding but after about 45 min to get appetizers and then it was over an hour later that we got our food, it gets hard to see people that walked in after our party of 4 leave before us there really is no excuse for that. We asked multiple times if there was something that could be done even insisting the manager be called. All that was done was 1 round of drinks on the house (only 2 of us were drinking alcohol the other 2 just pop). Which our server was going to get us as we boxed up the food we just got because we needed to leave vs taking it off our existing bill. The food was very good but we will probably never return to enjoy it.

They had a band that was 10/10. Ngl, as they were getting ready, I didn’t have high hopes, but they were consert level great. This place was overall amazing! Definitely will be back when I’m in the area.

I usually enjoy my experiences with crossroads, however this past one was terrible. I was looking forward to having a steak salad for dinner all day long. Of course I wanted to order it from crossroads because I usually love their steak salad. I called 14 times in an hours time before anyone even answered the phone. I was finally able to place my order, and when I arrived there, there were two people messing around in the window the whole time. The one kid kept brushing up against my new car going back and forth grabbing waters for himself & laughing about it, while the kid at the window just kept laughing with him. Once I received my food, I arrived home and opened my salad, and I had 3 fries on my salad, and a tiny little pieces of steak that looked like half the normal amount. It was a very frustrating experience. It took me an hour to even be able to place my order, and then a wait for 30 minutes to pick it up, I paid full price, and all for my food to be made poorly. I am very disappointed in this experience.

The bartender was very nice. The woman in the kitchen that was making food, not so much. I’ve had multiple items on the menu, and I won’t go back there to eat anymore. Really, the only good thing about Crossroads is that it’s very well decorated inside.
