The selections all seemed incredible and the beef pork and shrimp selections we chose were awesome. The spicy miso broth does have a little more heat than we were expecting but it was still very good. The truffle edamame were also delicious. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions!

Meat and broth are delicious! The pork slices could get thinner though. And it’s easy to spend 50 per person here including tips.

We have been here several times and the food quality is always good! The meat and vegetables are fresh with good price. The service is also good. Highly recommend if you like Shabu.

Great quality of the meat and veggies, and nice broth. Overall it’s a more affordable Japanese hotpot but with above-average quality and healthier veggie plate.

I got the spicy miso and tonkatsu broth mixed, along with the Toro beef. This place is an interesting Japanese style shabu shabu where you pick your broth first, then rice, then what veggies you want (comes with a plate of veggies per person, and you can choose to opt out of some veggies if you’d like), then what meat and how much of the meat you’d like. The pricing of the meal is listed next to th size of meat you decide to get. I really enjoyed the meal, however I would only say that they don’t give you much meat in comparison to the vegetables. My friend decided to order a large serving of meat (compared to my regular serving) and they mentioned that they didn’t receive much more than I had got even though the pricing is increased by a lot more for it. Nevertheless, it was still a good meal. I just think in regards to bang for ones buck, the serving of meat isn’t very much. Additionally, all the seating in this restaurant is bar seating, which limits how many people can eat here. I would recommend coming closer to their opening time to not have to wait.

This place didn’t want to welcome us, a group of 3 adults, 4 kids around 8 pm Saturday night. The host (female, very long fake eyelashes) was the most awful receptionist we’ve ever experienced in the restaurant business. We were told that it could take up to an hour even though the seats were open up, and we were okay to be seated separately. She still didn’t want to seat us.

I think I probably didn’t order the right kind of meat – I picked the first one from the menu, angus beef toro belly, which was too fatty for me and it’s quite thick. Texture wise, it’s not tender but chewy. This was very different than what I expected. I can taste the meat quality is good and fresh though. I had the tonkotsu broth, it was light not very rich. I enjoyed the vegetables, they are fresh and tasty with the broth.

Staff and service were cool! Super friendly and keen on giving recommendations. Otherwise, wanted to like the place, but not a big fan of the siloed/individual bar-style seating (though it allows for more individual food customization, and I think the layout is intentional). A bit awkward for bigger groups. I always associate shabu shabu/hot pot with group seating and sharing. Also, the induction cooking tends to be a bit noisy. A little pricy, but expected for hot pot.

Food is great. I’m a consistent customer with my family. However, if I put my family on the list and we’re number 1 waiting and we already waited over an hour, HOLD THE SEATING AND DO NOT SEAT PARTIES OF 2 BEFORE A PARTY OF 6. They tried making us wait ANOTHER 45 minutes. What makes us really upset is that, this wasn’t the team who usually served us. This new team needs work.
