The upstairs table top restaurant exceeded expectations. We were seated at a balcony view table right away. Our server was personable and good. The food was better than what we would have expected given this is a park franchise. The short ribs was an ample sized portion with excellent flavor. Lamb burger was good and priced fairly.

I celebrated my birthday with a falls-side dinner at this restaurant! We were lucky to get a table by the window… and we had ordered Lobster and crab Cannelloni, Miso glazed Rainbow Trout & kids Chicken Parmigiana along with some drinks! We dined at table rock for dinner for family of 2. This was during the off season in February.
Atmosphere: this is going to be your best view of the horseshoe falls on Canada side, if you get the window tables. Atmosphere was cozy, no live music or other add ons though. But of you sit at the main floor, you are not going to get the best views. And to be honest, you are going here for mostly the view.
Food: we ordered the crab cakes, chicken and short ribs. The food was at about average or below that. The cook on the meat were ok, but it was no were close to the quality for the price you pay. If I pay 51$ for a short rib, that better be “delicious”. But unfortunately it was very bland. Same goes for the chicken and the appetizers.
In short the food you get is about the same as any other average restaurant, but you pay about 50% more because it’s so close to the falls.
Side note: the quality of the restaurant is based on the whole package. The washrooms on this one was like a standard street restaurant and was not the premium feel that you usually get with these high end restaurants.

Well, you come to this restaurant for the view and then for the food. Unfortunately we arrived with no reservation so we had to stay away from the windows, but the lady serving us was a ray of sunshine so our disappointment disappeared fast.
I don’t remember what drinks were – I am sure about the local crafted beer which was very good.
The food was tasty, but not at the level of expectations. The fried appetizer was a bit too oily – I think they were crab cakes whose sauce was compensating for the fat but not enough (I visited in September so I don’t remember fully). The cauliflower was good, and I also ate my husband’s veggies – all perfectly cooked.
For dessert I had an amazing cheesecake with maple syrup and pecans. A truly local sourced dessert.
Overall the experience was nice but for a maximum enjoyment I recommend to make reservations by the windows.

Well this restaurant definitely has the best view to offer for sure. They were very accommodating in seating us. The service was really good. Our waitress was fast, responsive and overall friendly. We ordered the 3 course meal. I absolutely loved the brussel sprouts. Ones of the best I’ve had and the amount was large enough to share. I got the beef and my friend ordered the chicken meals. We sampled each other’s and agreed that the chicken was a lot more tasty than the beef. I did enjoy the mashed potatoes and she has some good broccolini. I just wish it was cooked a little more. Maybe sauteed. The coffee martini was absolutely delicious. And so were the deserts. Our favorite was the maple pecan cheesecake. We thought it was a little pricey but definitely work it for the perfect view and pictures. Remember to bring your parking receipt to the restaurant as they’ll validate for you.

If you’re coming on a weekend or holiday, plan ahead, there was a lot of traffic getting into the parking lot. Parking is $35, but the restaurant will waive it with ticket validation, just ask.
Expect to pay a minimum of around $250 for two.

Food was great and pretty good size! We did the 3 course meal and everything was delish! We got brussels spourts, chef’s choice of soup, braised beef, vegetable curry and cheesecake. Recommend to do a reservation. View of the falls is amazing. We came for dinner so we got to see the nightly illumination while having dinner.

This restaraunt is amazing, the view of the shoehorse falls is amazing. The food is excellent.
We shared the 3 course meal and it was plenty for us both.
The chicken cream soup, the Canadian 12oz sirloin, buffalo cheese wedge salad all excellent!!
The only thing we didn’t really like was the tiramisu cake.

I’m in love with this restaurant from the very first sign .
The space, the food, and the drinks are totally amazing and worth the price. I return to the restaurant twice, not only because of the wonderful view but also because of the Ice Wine from Inniskillin. The taste made me addicted to it .
I went there 1st time for lunch, ordered a medium-rare steak, the beef was perfectly made, and came with a side of French fries. My friend got a chicken supreme, which was tasty with the sauce all around, and the chicken was cooked enough, not too dry.
Will return for the third time when I have a special occasion.
