I’m not much of a tea guy, but I went in to try their food. Did not disappoint. Their popcorn chicken is pretty bomb. I left there still thinking about that dish… also, good to know they have an unagi dish as well. Food portions are not exciting but the taste makes up for it.

I was looking for something different to eat and i found it! I ordered the Bento Box with sticky rice..tons of popcorn chicken..2 fried shrimp and 2 pot stickers. ENOUGH for 2 people! Loved the 2 dipping sauces and everything was fresh and tasty! Also came with a small seaweed salad. I also got the edamame (lightly salted) and they came out steaming hot! YUM!
Since everything was delicious we also ordered the shrimp dim sum for later. I shared a bite with my friend and that was fantastic too!
I ordered a Boba drink..so refreshing! This place gets busy.. obviously the fresh food and a ton of drinks to choose from is really a hit here in Oroville! Had leftovers!
Its super clean inside and the staff is friendly and efficient!
Although i dont live here, i am definitely coming back to try more items!

Placed order for pickup. Got there and figure I’d use the bathroom first before getting food. Lady stopped me as I opened the door and said that restrooms are for customers only. I was all dolled up today too… Had my hair gelled, shaved, and was wearing my expensive oakleys and fitness watch. They must have had problems lately, but no excuse… Workers need training on customer service. Food is OK, but over priced. Shrimp dumpling with chili oil was salty and felt microwaved. Drinks are good. Owners if you see this, please send your workers to hospitality school.

It’s a nice spacious place to stop for a quick bite and drinks. I enjoy coming here when I do pass by. It is very convenient for Boba, and the parking space helps. Their dumplings and dimsums are great too for lunch.

I love T4! My kids love it too! I love the new drinks they invent, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter loves the shumai and Shanghai Xiao long baos. I’ve tried a variety of drinks but I will have to say my fave is the snow globe tea. Bento boxes are also very good.

Every time I come here, the staff are very kind. I order the sausage pancakes, japanese cheesecake, a smoothie, and a tea. Usually it is about 22 bucks total. Makes a cute mom/daughter date treat. Everything I have tried from here tastes good. If you like tea, I get the jasmine green tea, extra sweet, light ice. My daughter enjoys the honey peach smoothie. Plus, they package the to go orders in cute bags. Adorable place for a quick snack with a good vibe/atmosphere. Please try this place if you are feeling curious.

Some of the best tea I think I’ve ever had. I can see somebody getting strung out on that place it’s addictive they have such good teas. And the food is super good too I had the cheese sticks and something else they’re a little pricey but they were super good also. Again the food was a little pricey for my liking but it was super good and again who is the best tea I’ve ever had. They are the bomb. I definitely recommend them

It’s delicious and efficient. Not powdered tea. The boba is sweeten with brown sugar, but it’s not intense and they’re tiny but so fresh and chewy.
T4’s tea chain is more herbal. They also make bento boxes, dim sum, Taiwanese popcorn chicken (FINALLY IN OROVILLE OMG OMG!!!)

Love this place customer service is great . Popcorn chicken bento box is my favorite. If I need a pick me up coffee coconut boba tea is amazing I have substituted this for my regular Starbucks order by far better option.

I came in to order 7 bobas, I really needed to pee so I asked if I can use their restroom first but, the girl named Kelly told me “no” cause it’s for customers only and that I needed to buy something first for me to use the restroom. I have a bladder problem and I was holding it but this place can’t put their customers first. I just made a purchased of only 1 boba instead and waited after waiting she made me a wrong boba and I have to wait even longer. We always come here for some bobas for my fam but, this time this is the last time we’ll ever go to this place! This place suck, they want your money first and their boba doesn’t even taste good anymore!
