T-Mo’s is FANTASTIC! We (my mom and I) were visiting from Texas and we had asked for good food suggestions before our trip. A friend of mine in California, that has a knack for finding great places, locked on to T-Mo’s and insisted that we had to try it! He had never failed us before, but his area of expertise is typically Chinese, so we were a bit hesitant to believe that going for Cajun food in a food truck would be a good idea. I am so glad we threw out our worries and went for it! T’mo’s was so delicious. Each dish had authentic Cajun flair and depth of flavor that made you feel as if you were in the Cajun Bayou. I highly suggest the T-mo’s Cajun Triology so that you can taste all the best! My favorite though was the Shrimp Mac & Cheese…Mmm Mmm Good! The only bad thing for me is that I live in Texas and T-mo’s is too far to have every time I want it. Thanks for making a wonderful day spent with my mom even better by providing us with a satisfying dinner to savor! Who could have imagined that a suggestion by way of California through Texas would find us so happy in Arkansas! ❤️

First of all, I didn’t realize this was a food truck. I had searched on Google was looking for a building so I drove right past it. It is directly across from Taco Bell and McDonald’s in a gravel parking lot with another BBQ food truck and a Pet Wash. I had the large shrimp etouffee and it was delicious. It was a nice surprise for a quick hot cajun meal!

Popped into this food truck court today. Me and my lunch posse were immediately drawn to the sight of Cajun food! My two colleagues ordered the Red Beans and Rice, and the Gumbo. I ordered the Muffaletta. To say none of us were disappointed would be an understatement. The food was so fresh and authentic. Everything was seasoned perfectly. A little taste of authentic New Orleans in NWA. Ive tried the rest, now I’ve found the best! I will definitely be back to try other things. My only suggestion, add gator-bites to the menu!

Omgosh this was THE BEST Cajun food I’ve had in NWA. It tastes just as good as the food I get in Nee Orleans. My only suggestion would be to add Gator Bites to the menu (purely for selfish reasons). Thank you for the amazing food!

When I arrived I wanted to order the Jambalaya but he didn’t have enough to sell so I ordered the Red Beans & Rice. The red beans and rice were okay but pretty bland as far as seasoning goes.

Went to this place for lunch around 11am. No line and great customer service. I did the sampler of pick 3 and had the Gumbo, Etouffe, and Jambalaya. They were all great ! So I’m glad I went this route!

Literally just tried the shrimp etouffee and shrimp mac n cheese and both were very tasty. Quick and friendly service. So glad to have this out in tontitown, will definitely be picking up food from here more often.
