We work on enhancing each flavor note to provide the finest cup of coffee for our customers to enjoy. We have visited and spent time learning from some of the best roasters around so that we could develop our skills and create something truly special for our guests! Our staff’s goal is to create a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and comfortable when they visit. Stop in for breakfast, brunch, lunch, meetings, coffee dates, WFH with us, or grab something to-go. We offer something for everyone!

Tried this place for the first time and I was very impressed. The menu may be small but filled with great options. Today I had a English breakfast hot tea and the smokehouse (minus cheese). The portion for the food was just the right amount and the prices aren’t bad. Staff was friendly and breakfast didn’t take long. It’s a cute breakfast/ brunch spot. Very cozy atmosphere I definitely will be back.

What an unexpected treat to find a place like Symmetry Coffee in downtown Ocala! My wife and I stopped in while downtown and were blown away by the quality of the coffee and baked goods. We got the Blues Brother Crepe and one of their giant cinnamon rolls both were delicious. The coffee options were great, a nice variety of options, flavors and house made syrups. The coffee is smooth and well brewed. One other big difference we noticed was the service. Selena and Cali were very helpful in sharing about their different drinks and treats. She made some very helpful suggestions that made our experience even better!

10 out of five stars! I got a crêpe and a coffee and spent less than $13, and it tasted absolutely amazing. The customer service was awesome. And the barista gave me some really good recommendations. Super friendly. The environment is clean and comfortable. I’m very impressed and will definitely be back!

First coffee of the day and I spent about two hours at Symmetry. Comfortable seating and a proper cortado. Yes, the right recipe that was half expresso and half steamed (not foamed) milk. Perfect and delicious.

It’s 5 stars for me! I’ve had nothing but a good experience at this amazing coffee shop in Ocala Florida! I had a Nutella Crepe and a latte and it was delicious! Definitely recommend Symmetry Coffee.

The peanut butter cold brew was heavenly. Good vibes. Plenty of seating. Lots of freshly roasted single origin coffee beans available for purchase from Hatchet, a coffee roaster based in Boone NC.

Great place, very cozy. The music was relaxing but not intrusive like you often find at big coffee chains, so I could actually get a lot of work done. The food tastes great and the drinks are also very good. Their menu has a good variety without being overwhelming. I’ll definitely be stopping by again!

My first experience was a very sour and unpleasant espresso, I rated 2 stars. I went again and I had a very delicious and sweet, well balanced espresso that I really enjoyed. I don’t like how dusty the hanging decorations are, but I definitely changed my mind about this place. I would recommend, I just don’t know how consistent they are yet. Their matcha has nice flavor, but I wish it were stronger, although that’s a personal preference.
