The website advertises ice cream. There is no ice cream here. Only frozen yogurt. The staff seemed very friendly, it’s a cute little place tucked away downtown in a small strip of other stores, and parking is fairly easy only one way in and one way out. If you want frozen yogurt definitely check it out

We love Swirlee’s! There is always a great selection of ice cream and rotating frozen yogurt flavors (including more grown-up flavors like White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, as well as fun seasonal flavors like Jack-o’-lantern Orange). The toppings are nothing short of a wonderland – my girls particularly love the crushed sour patch kids and the unicorn topping. The froyo is charged by the cup size, not by the weight, so you don’t have to be surprised by the price when you check out. The shop has a bit of a small town, neighborhood ice cream parlor vibe in the best way possible. Most importantly, every time we’ve visited, we’ve been treated with nothing but pure kindness and generosity by the store owners and employees. Every person I’ve encountered there has been friendly, welcoming, and seems genuinely happy to help make the customer experience a great one. On a recent visit, my 4 year-old was having a tough day and had some regrets about her topping choices, after we had already paid (and started eating!) our treats. The store owner went above and beyond to accommodate her change of heart. Thank you Swirlee’s!!

The place is nice, the two younger workers were nice and helpful. I wish they would go back to just the frozen yogurt where you served yourself. And secondly, because they only had two frozen yogurt flavors and it was great, but its the frozen yogurt ice cream that you can buy at the grocery store. I would still recommend going if you like regular ice cream (not frozen yogurt) as you can get their large cup for $7 and some cents and comes with three toppings, sprinkles and a whip topping. So again, I STILL RECOMMEND!

We stopped by this evening. 10 mins before closing. We had an idea of what we had planned to get so we didn’t hold them over after closing. We looked at getting a shake, said they were out of milk. Proceeded to tell us they close in 5 mins (closing in 8 mins at this point). Looked into getting a icy, said they were out of ice. We understand if they were out of items/didnt want to make the items because it was close to closing time. But a simple “ALL WE HAVE IS THE FROZEN YOGURT” would have been nice rather than being told they close in 5 mins as if they want us to hurry up. Really wish we could give a better review as this is our first time visiting. Then to hear them complain about the tips they recieved through out the day/shift. I can say that the place was clean and had lots of toppings to choose from!

Totally different from how swirlee’s once was. Definitely a huge disappointment for my kids on today’s visit. They’ve taken out all of the swirlee machines and condiment bars it’s down to a very small selection of ice cream and condiments now and no more self serve it’s a very different vibe now what was once one of my kids favorite places is no longer. I don’t think we will be going back. ☹️
