The food is always great. I love the consistency. I know what I’m getting, it’s fast and hot. I never check the pick up order as it’s always been correct. That’s rare!

Wonderful! It is our 1st time here. Perfect amount of sauce on the burgers and the batter is yummy and crispy!!! Love the thick slice of Bologna!! And those taters are the perfect flavor bomb!! . Service was amazing! Hope, Nolan and Michael(?) helped us and are so helpful and nice! The Ohio and California are so refreshing! No wonder this place has been going for 90 years!! Thank you!

I ordered a mobile meal. I ordered a Gallery Burger and an order of Potato Puffs. The bag for the potato puff was less than half full. At first glance it looked like 10 tots. I flagged an employee down to ask if this amount was correct. He said yes. I handed him the bag and I asked for my money back because it’s not worth the cost. He offered to add more to the bag. I waited 5 minutes for Andrew to bring back my updated order which was now in 2 bags. I checked the tots bag to find out that there were only 14 in there. Yes, I counted them! They added 6 packets of salt directly on top of the tots to make it look full along with several packets of ketchup. I say this because my original bag did not have these items. Total disappointment in their service because of Andrew’s deception.
I rated the burger 3 stars because it wasn’t bad. I’ve had better and it’s the size of a kiddie burger. I didn’t set out to submit a review of my dinner tonight. I just had a taste for a burger and tots and decided to try Swensons. I should’ve gone to The Basement.

My work partner decided he would treat me for lunch one day. We have a 30 min lunch break our job isnt far from here and Swensons in fairlawn is fairly quick so we thought we would get the same results here. We was wrong. When we arrived it wasn’t many cars here so they took our order rather quick. We got two galley boys a frie, jalapeño poppers and a small strawberry milkshake. He paid for it right then. Those items came up to $25 he only had $30 he tells the guy to keep the change. A $5 tip. Now that was done so we turned the music back up slightly to keep our morning motivated. About 10mins had passed cars started to come in left and right. We started to notice they was receiving their food and leaving yet we was still sitting there after 20 mins of waiting. We started to worry because now we only had 10 mins left to get back to work. No one came to give us a update about our food nothing. After 30 minutes of waiting no apologies we rush back to work quietly. The burgers wasn’t fully cooked I threw mine away. We said we will never come back here again. Waste of time and money.

What a disappointment! After an excessive waiting time for our food, the french fries were cold and the galley girl sandwich was smashed and nearly edible. For $30 worth of food I will not be coming back to this location.

Dan & Jonny took care of us with 10/10 service!!! You could tell they were happy to be here and that energy immediately got us excited to try the food! Burger melts in your mouth, the housemade Swen Red sauce was delicious – BUT THE MAC & CHEESE BITES were unmatched. I’ve had my fair share of experiences with mac & cheese bites but these topped them all. We were visiting today from out-of-state but we’d be here weekly if we lived locally!!!!

While the food still taste the same…. It seems as though like everything the burgers have shrunk!?!? They seem to at least fill the freeze up better now! One disappointing thing is service seems to be lacking substantially. Now the car hops just walk around, the last two times I’ve gone I’ve sat for like three or four minutes even when there’s almost no other cars there…. Not the end of the world it just doesn’t feel the same as growing up!
