Update: We went through the drive through & my boyfriend received the wrong size of burrito. He went back in & they fixed it. I thought I ordered the wrong thing & they fixed my burrito because I hate buffalo sauce. The manager at the Northside Sweeto Burrito was super polite & took care of us. If only we had more customer service like this around town, it would be more of a joy to go out to eat.

It was the valley one we had issues with. Haven’t ever tried north because valley was not good. I didn’t see the location when asked to review.
Have tried several times, food has not been good. Cold, kind of old tasting. The chicken strips tasted like old grease. The burrito with fries was awful, half cooked. Blah. The service wasn’t great either time. I always try again if one bad experience because we all have bad days, but 2 & 3 times is a pattern.

I’m in town for a coaching convention, and we stopped here before heading home. Very unique style of food; sweet or savory burritos, along with rice bowls and vegetarian burritos to name a few others. Staff was friendly and prompt, food came quickly, it was filling and tasty, and a casual atmosphere. Definitely will stop here again if I find myself in Spokane. Only real downside is it a bit pricey, but with the food, service and atmosphere I can’t recommend this place enough!

I like Sweeto Burrito. The burritos are tasty, and different enough from other burrito places. I love the tots, and serving Coke products helps. This location had a bit of a snafu, making me wait almost an hour for my food. The manager was apologetic and gave me a free burrito when I came back. When I visited again there were no problems, so I am guessing if I rated this location in a couple of months it would be back to four stars for me.

I really love Sweeto, when it’s good. When this spot first opened it was consistently great. Everytime, and we ate there way more than I’d like to admit. But lately it’s just been inconsistent both in quality and portion size. We usually order Heavy Weight burritos because we can usually eat about half and have the other half as leftovers. Well in the last few weeks we’ve gotten huge heavy weights, and not so much. The quality is also all over the place lately. I usually get the smokehouse, which is amazing. A few times over the last couple weeks there has been hardly any cilantro ranch in it and the meat was dry. I really like it, but I don’t know that I can talk myself into going back. I don’t like gambling on food, especially when you’re talking about $9.50 burritos. I gave it two stars because when it’s good it’s good, and the people are usually nice enough.

Great taste, customer service was fine. The prices for what it is are a little higher than I thought they should be, but it is tasty. Everything is huge even the street tacos are more like a regular sized taco and the burritos could feed 2 people.

5 stars if you know what you want 😀 i have food issues and they *just* changed the menu the night before… I panic with “what am i starting”, the very second i see the board. So read this as…the fastest service and on top of quick.
They offer gluten free and i personally, did not get contaminated with the chicken bowl 🙂
