The arcade was fun and the food was good too! One of the staff here, Kaylee, went so far out of her way to help me! I told her I never been here before and she walked me through all the card options. There were so many and she said “I know it’s a lot, it’s okay, I’ll walk with you to the kiosk and we’ll order the card together” and she showed me deal for $35 for games and food and explained how the food coupon worked. Then I played games and an hour later I went to the food area and she was now working at the bar and she saw me and got all excited and waved and walked up to me and recognized me from earlier and asked if I got the special menu for the $35 deal she helped me setup earlier. She grabbed me a menu and explained again how I would just purchase with the QR code on the receipt and explained what all my options were. Then she took my order and she wss super kind and helpful and I really appreciated her going so far out of her way to make me feel welcome! Thank you Kaylee! :]

Dave and Buster’s always make you wait so long to be seated in the dining room. The food was pretty good. Overall it was fine the kids enjoyed it and I watched a football game.

This Margherita pizza at Dave & Buster’s was absolutely delicious. The crust had the perfect balance of crisp and chew, with just enough char to add depth without overpowering the flavors. The sauce was bright and well-seasoned, the cheese melted beautifully, and the fresh tomatoes added a light, juicy contrast. What really tied it together was the basil — perfectly balanced, fragrant without being overwhelming, and exactly what a great Margherita should be. Simple, balanced, and executed really well.

The reason to visit is Mac! He knows the menu. He takes pride in what he does. Above all, he’s very kind. Let’s face it, Dave & Busters makes EVERYTHING difficult. Nice to meet someone who will help cut through the BS and treat you like a real person. D&B needs more employees as engaging as Mac! Gabby at night is equally impressive. She is very personable and kind. Presley is also a great manager.

Food was on the salty side when it came to grilled chicken sandwiches and the hamburgers. It also took almost 20-30 for someone to bring a menu. Service was slow at the front desk only one person was working the register. The place wasn’t even busy on New Years Eve which was my birthday.

This was our first time eating at D&B. Upon arriving we asked for a booth,was informed it would be a hour, so we sat at a table. Our server took our order for drinks and came back 30 minutes with them. Server took our order for appetizers and left for another twenty minutes. Server came back and took our actual order for food , meanwhile appetizers weren’t severed yet. So we waited another twenty minutes and a table across from a empty booth that was empty the whole time. Another server brought our actual food out (no appetizer) . I informed her that we did not want the appetizers , seeing how our food had already arrived. She said okay.. Then our original server appears again after we have our food with appetizers and pushed them on the table and leaves for another 30 minutes. We asked another server for water because we did not receive and refills on drinks after sitting there for over a hour just waiting on food. Then we needed the tip and once again our server was no where to be found. Two other servers went to look for our server to let her know and she came 30 minutes after that. Included her own tip of 18% on the tablet for service she did not give. Your other servers seem frustrated with having to pick up the slack. There was no manager in site to even talk to.

I recently attended a work party at Dave & Buster’s with my boyfriend, and I had an amazing experience! The bartender, who specializes in private parties, provided exceptional service. Although I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, she was incredibly sweet and attentive, and the drinks were absolutely fantastic. The entire team went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Highly recommend for any private event!

Sean was my waiter and he was so nice, responsive, and personable! He recommended the flatbread pizza because the dough is made in house. It was delicious! I couldn’t eat it all. I also ordered the Dangerous Waters Island Punch. I couldn’t taste the rum but that’s a good thing for me. It was sweet just like I like it. Service was quick too.

Wooweeee this place is expensive! It isn’t our first time, but we were feeling a little sticker shock from the cost of the arcade cards and the food this time. The games we played averaged out to be almost $3 each! That’s pretty wild.
The food was pretty, but we didn’t like 4 out of 5 of our meals. The chicken was bland, the caesar salad was soupy with dressing, the cheesy flat bread was dry and tasteless, and the little pepperonis on the appetizer were burned and made the whole thing taste like char. The cheese sticks from the appetizer were the big winner, and we all fought over them because we were hungry.
The service was meh. We rarely saw our waitress, she forgot things, and wasn’t very friendly.
