I love their spicy street food, but this time, the plastic cover just broke into small pieces after I took them home! It happened to both of the dishes I ordered! And I had to pick these little pieces out very carefully.

I love how authentic the menu is. My girls love their rolled ice cream. I’d really like to see them add smoothies with real fruit and not jellies. But the reason for the lost star is cleanliness. It’s a tiny location, very crowded, touch screens for ordering were visibly dirty and their were a couple of flies. It’s nice that the food prep area is completely separated by plexiglass but I’d prefer a bit more attention to cleaning in the post COVID era.

I went to this place for the first time today and it was disappointing. I ordered strawberry milk tea with mango and strawberry jellies. The drink tasted like cleaning chemicals and I couldn’t even drink more than two sips. I brought this up with a staff member and he said there was nothing he could do for me. He said he didn’t know why it tasted like that and looked at me blankly. Would not recommend this place if u value not being poisoned.

Sweeting is known for their teas and other drinks, of which they have 100+ options. We didn’t try any except BobaTea. Tucked on the back page, is a small appetiser and entrees menu. We ordered two appetisers (grilled Kalamari and octopus balls). Bother were about $5 each and tasted good, the Kalamari being very chewy. The entree was Eel Rice, which turned out good (about $12).
