Food is great, but they have a staff issue. Maybe they aren’t paying them enough. Every time I go there one or two people staffing the salad bar and it takes 20 minutes to go through the line. I used to come all the time, but stopped going because of the line. I think ownership or management would do well to listen to the feedback they’re getting here.

The service was excellent. Amber was very patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted. My son and I ordered a build your own and I was able to pick all my favorite ingredients for a reasonable price. Super healthy options warm and cold. Your body will definitely thank you for it

ALMOST excellent. Great vegan options, although the menu unfortunately doesn’t specify which bowls and dressings are vegan (especially unfortunate for the “caesar” salads) – you have to look at a document via the website. I visited twice and ordered the shroomami both times. I ordered it unmodified first, and changed it the second time (deleted raw beets and orange-ginger dressing, added spicy broccoli and chimichurri vinaigrette dressing). The first bowl was wonderful, with a nice spiciness that lasted until the last bite of kale (I think they sprinkled some extra spicy powder? not sure). The second bowl wasn’t as good – the kale was a bit pale, and I didn’t get a single floret of broccoli – every piece was from a stem/stalk. But overall I’d still call it very good and I love the wholesomeness of it.

Really good dinner bowl! I got Shroomami and it was everything the name promises. Clean, hip and comfortable, the only change I would make is to the acoustics of the dining room. Fortunately, service was very attentive and the server who helped me was very considerate of my inability to hear.

The food was good, but I had issues with online order pickup and the service. I ordered online via doordash and selected pick up, but my stuff was put in the wrong location for delivery. I went in the store and didn’t find my food, and had to wait in line to simply ask where my order is. The store wasn’t super busy with only 2-3 people before me, but I had to wait 15 minutes before I was greeted by someone and could ask a question…their staff was chatting with customers and were working so slow. I ended up spending 20 minutes to pick up my order despite ordering ahead, and it was more expensive than ordering in person.

easily the best salad restaurant in noco. we tried the harvest bowl, the peach goat cheese bowl, hummus crunch, and the chicken teriyaki. they were all super flavorful and really good portions. the service was really good as well, and i can’t wait for them to bring their stores up to fort collins eventually.
