I love sweetgreen and am so happy to see it gaining ground in the Twin Cities! It’s hard to choose from all the great menu options but the kale caesar, fish taco, and hot honey chicken are the bomb for me. I’m a big fan of their approach to sustainability and rotating seasonal menu. More restaurants could learn from sweetgreen. Service, atmosphere, the flavors, and quality are all on point. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Sweetgreen proves that salad can be stellar.

Ordered via DoorDash. Harvest Bowl & sweet potato side…food is excellent. Tastes fresh and warm things were STILL warm. They got the modifications right (vegan) and service was efficient.

Firstly this place was well maintained and I absolutely loved this place. Looks like a perfect place to have lunch and eat lunch.

One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to! Staff is completely rude and arrogant. The chicken served is raw or burnt and the dressing are extremely oily and separated. The overall service and food quality at this store is disgusting and has been since it opened. There are much better sweetgreens in the area! Too expensive for the lack of quality this store exhibits.

I was here on a Monday at 9:20 pm and it was closed, even though the updated hours are on google say it closes at 10 pm. My last two salads I’ve had at the grand location in st. paul were not good. I usually love sweetgreen, but I’ve not had a good experience at this specific location. The first time something tasted off with small portions (did not get 18 dollars worth of salad) and the second time I was given bad arugula. Now it’s not even open, even though I had planned this as my meal tonight. I’ve often come here late and it’s never been closed before. I was so excited for sweetgreen to come to mn, but so far I’m disappointed. I want to love it so badly, please do better.

To describe the underwhelming notion of this food place is to speak with disappointment as a father towards their child.

I love the food at Sweetgreen. However, this particular location struggles with their service. I’ve gone here 5 or 6 times, and every time it takes way too long for them to acknowledge me. One time I waited for five minutes at the counter while there were four workers standing around and I was the only customer in the entire store. When they do talk with you, it’s never friendly. I’m not expecting five star service here, but it sucks when you go to a place, you know they see you, but you feel like they don’t want you there. My experience at the location in North Loop head better!! I recommend ordering ahead if you go to Grand Ave so you don’t have to deal with the workers.

I would not recommend takeout here – I usually order inside but decided to try takeout, and I am not doing that again. The salad I ordered was half the size it originally is, and some of the sweet potatoes did not taste cooked (they were hard and cold). In the past I have had better experiences here, but this one really stood out to me. If you are paying this much for a salad, you might as well go to a different location or place. Or, I would recommend to go inside rather than takeout at this location specifically.

The food at sweetgreen is great and little pricey for a salad. The problem is this location. Use to be open tell 10 but would close at 9 or had no food past 9. Now they close at 9 and I go in at 8 and they have no protein, and are closing down. It’s an hour earlier then your closing time! If it happens again I’m not coming back can’t support a business that doesn’t even want to be open and wastes peoples time. I know 3 other people that said they stopped going for the exact same reason

I ordered a salad online for delivery at 11 am on a Sunday. When placing the order the website said they were out of carrots (no big deal). However when the courier got there they informed that they were out of 2 other thing for my salad. When I tried to substitute them they were also out of the many of those options. So the salad I ended up with was still decent but it wasn’t the one I ordered, and was a bit of a weird combo. It would be nice if there was a better way to know what they were out of. It would also be nice if they were better at stocking their ingredients considering they ran out of so many things so early in the day.
