They’ve put meat on my fiancé’s vegetarian crunchwrap way too many times. I understand one mistake or two, but it’s been 15+ times over the years. And today especially, we got to the front of the drive thru and from that moment, still waited 20min. We didn’t order anything that defaults with chicken or sub chicken. HOW do you put CHICKEN in the CRUNCHWRAP when it says no BEEF add POTATO ???
Anyway, when they get your order correct, they kill it.

I tried out the chicken Chalupa today and it was very tasty! A little bit different than what I am used to but still great. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and I’m glad that they have opened up seating. Service was not as fast as it could have been but it’s still not too bad

This is probably the lowest we’ve seen a Taco Bell sink …
visited around 10:30pm on a Saturday night and ordered Chalupas, quesadillas and the new chicken tacos ..
1. food was not heated uniformly… cheese did not melt in places
2. Steak quesadilla had less than an mm of thickness … talk about shrinkflation … and it was burnt
3. Chalupa’s ranch sauce was only a small bit at the end .. the rest of it was dry and tasteless
4. Tacos did not seem fresh and chicken inside was over fried / burnt
5. Bin was overflowing (see pic)

Got coupons for 2 free tacos bc we waited for about 10-15 mins in the drive thru. Went back to redeem them which was a process but ultimately worked and got 2 bean tacos for free! Excellent help at the counter btw.

The people who work here are some disgusting animals I found hair in my nacho bell grande I assumed it was mine so I picked it out & continued to eat my food THEN I opened up my nacho supreme & it was covered in more hair told the manager & they didn’t have any concern for the situation all 3 of them are half way rolling their eyes & then the tall tooth pick of a man wants to sarcastically tell me to “have a nice day” didn’t give me my full change back stole a dollar from me then they ALL refused to tell me who prepared my food then lied & said the person that prepared my food “went on break” just some living breathing monsters but I will have a nice day I have a career while you slave at Taco Bell

The staff here are great, and their effort really stands out. We truly appreciate the pride they take in their work. When we needed help placing an order at the kiosk, they came over right away to assist us. It’s rare to experience such genuine customer service—even in places like Starbucks.
