The staff try to shamelessly scam you to your face. For example, I ordered a Large Baja freeze and they give me a medium-sized one instead. I think, ok no problem, miscommunication happens all the time. I say to them I asked for a large instead and they say to my face that it IS a large. On top of that, their service is super slow. You are way better off going to a different Taco Bell instead of this one.

I tried out the chicken Chalupa today and it was very tasty! A little bit different than what I am used to but still great. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and I’m glad that they have opened up seating. Service was not as fast as it could have been but it’s still not too bad

Great, I love it, there 3 times a week but I have a feeling they will lose alot of customers because the older people are getting frustrated by the machines and no one wants to take orders from the register so I see them walk out. Should’ve given some customers a choice in all Taco Bells.

The people who work here are some disgusting animals I found hair in my nacho bell grande I assumed it was mine so I picked it out & continued to eat my food THEN I opened up my nacho supreme & it was covered in more hair told the manager & they didn’t have any concern for the situation all 3 of them are half way rolling their eyes & then the tall tooth pick of a man wants to sarcastically tell me to “have a nice day” didn’t give me my full change back stole a dollar from me then they ALL refused to tell me who prepared my food then lied & said the person that prepared my food “went on break” just some living breathing monsters but I will have a nice day I have a career while you slave at Taco Bell

Dont place online orders for pick up if you care about your food being warm and not falling apart. These incompetent people refuse to use the corporate supplied pickup shelving unit and will hide your food so its colder then your iced soda because they wont remember where they left it
