It’s all about the presentation, and to be honest, as soon as you walk in, everything looks fresh, delicious, and healthy.

Good place for a quick salad; nothing out of the ordinary or super special but a decent area to stop in for a bite to eat as a snack or for a nice lunch salad.

I haven’t found a better place to get a salad in the area, if it exist. The servers always have a good attitude. The restaurant is clean and ordered. Food taste great! And they’re always patient in making my customized order!

I placed an online order and was missing items, my food (sweet potatoes) was Luke warm and there was no way to get in touch with customer service or a manager. I ordered a HU chocolate bar and didn’t receive it. I was only given one dressing there was no way to may request for light medium or heavy dressing. I was disappointed with the delivery experience altogether.

I went to this sweet green for the first time today; it was such a great experience! Upon arrival, everyone greeted me warmly. Aubrey made my salads and was so friendly! Great customer service and energy! 100/10!!!

Honestly, who trains these employees? Just pitiful customer service: no greeting, no eye contact – mine (the tattooed and nose ringed one) just rushed throwing together a subpar salad while barking out questions before pressing some buttons on the register and walking away. There was only one other customer in line. Go somewhere else for lunch.

Nice, clean restaurant with good customer service. They have a number of vegetarian options and the food quality is great. Would recommend!

I live a block away and was looking forward to trying this Sweetgreen location after a yelp elite event. It was a bit underwhelming though. I got a half-filled box (I wasn’t even offered the dine-in option, just given the box) and the 4 ingredients were sparse, leaving me with mainly mouthfuls of kale. I got a “sprinkling” of the red rice. I came across a few shrooms and tofu pieces. Maybe they assumed a little petite woman won’t have that big of an appetite. Wrong 🙁 They also just threw in the basil without ripping it up, I saw him pause and think about ripping it up but then he just threw it in like shrug, whateva. So I was trying to chew up whole basil leaves. And he threw the bread on top and sealed it in with the salad, so of course it was soggy by the time I opened it. The other locations put it separately into a brown paper bag. I didn’t even get offered a bag to carry out my food in!! OMG. I mean, it tasted good, the miso sauce carried the whole meal basically. But at $13.95 I believe it makes it pretty competitive to Whole Food’s hot food bar and you can probably fill up the same container with more food for that amount.
