The food portions are way bigger than you anticipate. The chips and salsa are so unique because it’s very lime and cilantro based, very tasty and has a little kick to it.

I had high hopes for this place! I ordered the ginger limeade and was so disappointed! First, they coat the rim of the glass in sugar, but over time it melts and your whole glass becomes sticky. Second, I could barely detect the ginger flavor, and the limeade tasted watered down. Third, there were shavings of ginger root skin on the top of my glass like a garnish and as I would drink, they would get stuck in my throat. When I drank, I had to use my teeth as a blocker for the ginger root skin shavings. Not impressed for a $6 drink.

We, family of four, visited this last Saturday and arrived around 10:30am. We were told up front that it may be a 30 minute wait and decided to place our name in the queue. We know for next time to RSVP through their website or app. While waiting I did notice that the entire wait stop was hustling and bustling to get orders take out food and bus tables. They worked well in collaboration with the kitchen staff and the lady that was making drinks. The children’s meal portion is on the larger side. We loved the two different dishes we decided on. The Chilaquiles is enough for two people and has many layers of flavor. The Hoss is stacked tall with a delicious biscuit, fried chicken breast, egg, bacon, cheddar and a sausage gravy from Tooele Valley. I could eat the gravy by itself; that was so good! Be definitely want to go back and try some other options from the menu.

We tried Sweet Lakes Biscuits & Limeade for the first time. It was awful. We will not be returning. This place is extremely overpriced to eat in what can only be compared to a school lunchroom. The Cubano was stacked too high to eat as a sandwich. The pork in the middle was super dry. The kids chicky nuggies & the chicken on the Utah Cobb were over fried & too hard. The kids pancakes was served with the scrambled egg thrown on top. The pancake was decent & the limeade wasn’t bad.

It was my first time here. The food looked good. However, it was quite bland and came out cold. For how not busy it was, that was surprising. Got the basic B and loaded hash browns. As a whole, it lacked salt/flavor. Server was nice and friendly, and actually deducted the cost of the hash browns without me asking, so that is why 3 stars instead of 2

We came in for dinner. The place was mostly empty. The server was attentive. We chose the Cubano sandwich, and the Chilaquiles. The sandwich was the better of the two. The hash browns were just strange and very under seasoned. Added salt and they were just ok. This place has great vibes, similar to places we’ve been on vacation just wish the food was a bit better. 3.5/5 for us.

First off Rin I think that was her name was sweet. The limeades are okay… nothing special but, the food is absolutely horrible. Under cooked eggs, hash browns have absolutely no flavor, and I’m honestly surprised they haven’t been shut down yet. I don’t expect them to stay open much longer if they don’t train their staff and get better food. I will update if I end up getting sick later from the food.

Mediocre. We got the Hoss and the French Toast. The Hoss was decent, the gravy was probably to best part. The French Toast looked amazing, but looks can be deceiving… it had no flavor. It tasted very very bland. The fruit was unfortunately the best part. Wouldn’t recommend it.

We went here for something new and it was delicious! Our waitress was super sweet and gave great suggestions. I had two kids and they are light eaters and I didn’t want to buy two kids meals, so I just bought one and she loaded it up with an extra pancake and bacon so they could split it.
