What a great little shop with wonderful employees! We popped in to get out of the rain – we were even welcomed in with our dog and offered treats for him! Picked up some delicious sweets to bring home. The employees were so kind and helpful, it was really impressive! Two young men went out into the rain to help push a disabled vehicle out of traffic into a parking spot!! Certainly not something you see every day! 15/10 recommend!!

I love Sweet Cacao! I always enjoyed their macarons, then I took a truffle making class and learned about their chocolates. The chocolate is ethically sourced and everything is hand made in the shop. I like to buy a box of truffles and enjoy them one at a time throughout the week. I just found out that if you bring the truffle box back to refill, they offer a discount on the next box. I love supporting our town while treating myself and my family at the same time.

Awesome staff, the atmosphere is so serene and peaceful like home. The food from chocolate too hot chocolate, espresso, truffles, macaroons, cheese cake, gelato is out of this world. One of my most favorite go to places to sit n relax n enjoy a sweet treat or hot chocolate!!! Also check out the outdoor area in back of shop as it’s as divine if not more than the inside.

This is a wonderfully sweet Thomasville treasure! The staff is amazing and the truffles are to die for!!! I especially loved the Savannah Latte Truffle as well as the Savannah Truffle!! Both were equally delicious!! The truffles were super chocolatey and creamy!! We also tasted the spicy chocolate mango, which was tasty as well! I would stay away from the Bourbon Truffle if you’re not a bourbon drinker!! It was not good to me AT ALL!! Other than that, I absolutely loved this quaint and cutely decorated chocolate shop!!

Came in for the first time and we got macaroons which 10/10 as well as truffles which are also 10/10. My iced coffee taste great and the young kid working was super friendly and very respectful. Will be back when we’re in town!

Not great. Ordered a hot chocolate with whip cream. Chocolate syrup was all over the side of the cup. Milk was like warm. And despite the fact that they charge $1.50 for whip cream, making me think it was homemade, it was a a mere squirt from a Redi Whip can.

I frequently visit this shop and hadn’t had anything negative to say until last Saturday. The young blonde that waited on me wasn’t friendly or welcoming. I felt like I was a bother to her. Hopefully that will change because one person can really make a difference in the success of a business. The cheesecake slice also didn’t taste like it normally does. Tasted more like plain cream cheese .
