We were visiting Fairbanks in August and craving Asian food. The menu items were reasonable priced. The service was good. Our server was friendly. We enjoyed our meal that we went twice during our visit.

When i came to alaska for two weeks,I finally started going to them a few days before I left alaska. They was closed the first week I was there but they opened back up pretty soon and I noticed people going there so I gave it a try. I usually went straight after work cause I worked day shift lol. Overall the food was good,eventhough it may not look like the picture cause of the filters but it comes pretty close to it. I tried four different food items from them plus it was my first time trying Pho. I got the brisket Pho cause reviews said it was the best and they didnt lie. Also the grilled beef was very good also. The salmon was abit smaller than the picture but it was still pretty good too. I would recommend to a friend. Its a pretty quiet place and not so noisy like mcdonalds lol. Its a pretty chill spot to go to. Price slight higher than expected but that just alaska taxes for you lol. If I ever go back to alaska,I would definitely go back to this same restaurant.

Wow! I was lucky to have picked Saigon Garden for a quick dinner tonight. I just wanted a bowl of Pho(soup). I ordered the filet mignon Pho. #2 on the menu. I was completely satisfied. The pho was perfect and came with a plate full of sides to add to the soup. The broth was the best to just sip by the spoonfull. It just warms you up and makes you feel happy inside. Perfect on a cold snowy day. They had some Vietnamese music on in the background. It’s a quick vacation on a lunch or dinner break. Thank you Saigon Garden. I’ll see you again.

Family was visiting from Westminster & SJ, CA. We thought the food was decent Vietnamese food for being up in AK. Pho was good. The flavor in the shaken beef/bo lúc lắc was good but the wrong beef cut but that’s probably because it’s hard to get cube beef for shaken beef. Spicy noodle was decent but not the right thick round noodles. Broth flavors were good.

Hello to everyone reading. I came to this place wanting some Vietnamese food and being in Alaska i Wasn’t sure if it would be good..However Saigon garden did not disappoint at all. My wife and I came and I got the shaky beef and my wife got the chicken pho. Both were very very good down to the sauce and her broth. I would definitely recommend them both and also the spring rolls, with the delectable sauce that comes with it! It is a nice atmosphere and beautiful restaurant upon walking in

We went to Saigon Garden in the North Pole Mall for dinner Friday night, and as always, it was a fantastic experience!
We ordered the #1 Combo Pho, the Beef Stew, and the Shaky Beef (Lok Lak Beef) — all were excellent.
The Shaky Beef was incredibly tender and packed with flavor.
The Beef Stew was cooked to perfection — rich, hearty, and comforting.
The Pho was everything you’d hope for: hot, tasty, and satisfying.
A big shoutout to our server Joseph, who was exceptionally friendly and courteous. He greeted us right away, kept our drinks filled, and made sure every request was taken care of quickly.
If you’re looking for delicious Vietnamese food with great service, Saigon Garden is a solid choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice little gem in Fairbanks if you’re craving for pho. The restaurant feels homey and has good service too. I ordered filet mignon pho and char siu pork rice. The beef is tender and the soup is comforting. Portion is big enough. Char siu pork is ok, tastes a bit different and not charred enough like the authentic one, maybe because it didn’t use red yeast rice. The price is quite expensive but it’s reasonable for Alaska. Service is friendly. Will come back for the pho when it’s cold snowy days.

Best pho around! No lie the chicken spring roll was perfect because it was freshly cooked chicken which was very flavorful. I got the combo pho which includes brisket, rib, and fillet mignon. Also includes meatballs but I asked to have it substituted for chicken, and my request were met with:)! Very friendly service. Legit the best!

We were a group of 14 passing by, and it happened to be mealtime, so we decided to give it a try. Initially, we didn’t have high expectations for the food, but surprisingly, it was authentic. The pho was very delicious, the grilled pork in the rice noodles was well-marinated, and the shrimp spring rolls were fresh and tasty.
