The food quality at this location was excellent. The team member who prepared my order did an outstanding job — everything was fresh, portions were well balanced, and the bowl was made exactly right.

While the interaction itself was very direct and no-nonsense, the efficiency and execution were top-tier. Overall, the focus on getting the order right really showed, and that’s what mattered most.

Solid experience and great food. I would return.

This location just opened and it’s closer to home so I finally came to check it out and I was very disappointed. This was the lowest quality chipotle I’ve been to. The store was dirty with over run trash cans. The soda machine was over run with ice. They were only taking cash and the worst part was when my bowl was made. I barely got a scoop of rice because they were out and she couldn’t be bothered to go get more. It’s was a half scoop of beans, barely a bit of barbacoa and sauce topped with some lettuce sour cream and cheese. I had a 1/4 of my bowl empty. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location at all. I’d rather go to Waffle House next door.

This was my first time at this location. I never leave a bad review, however this one felt necessary it was utterly FILTHY. Not a single table was clean, the floor was covered in food and trash, the cashier counter was dirty as well! The food advertised on the menu did not align with the food that was actually being served, especially pertaining to freshness. The staff lacked hospitality, only one employee there seemed like she cared. I had to ask (politely ofc) for a table to be cleaned an another girl on staff did it, with extreme attitude including roughly sliding the chairs around. Just the overall lack of cleanliness and professionalism was unacceptable.

If you wanna get food Poisoning come on down to Chipotle in Flowery Branch! This place is absolutely horrendous and it’s a wonder how it’s still running. There is always flooding underneath things which is a health hazard aside from MOLD that is already in THE LEMONADE MACHINES! YEP, MOLD! The machines are rarely ever cleaned , with build up and slimey gunk in them. Management is awful. The GM treats their employees like absolute disposable garbage, and keep their shifts understaffed on purpose so they don’t have to spend an extra DIME.
GO TO BIG BURRITO. Do not eat, or work at this disgusting joke of an establishment.

Especially compared to the gainesville location by kroger. Maybe they got new staff or management but i think its great and i come here three times a week

The people here are nice and friendly. But for the entire 10 months I’ve been coming to this location, the greens have been consistently black, wet, and soggy. Every time I point it out, employees agree and say, “Yeah, I don’t know why that is…”

Maybe someone should fix it! None of the other locations I’ve been to have had this problem. Something is clearly off.

I’m a frequent fan of Chipotle and usually love eating here, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. There were multiple flies all over the place, most of the tables were dirty, and there was rice and meat scattered across the floor. To make matters worse, I saw staff using their cellphones in the meal prep area, which is completely unacceptable.

I honestly felt like calling the health inspector, but instead, I’m leaving this review in hopes that the Oakwood Chipotle will take this seriously and make improvements. I really don’t want to take my business elsewhere, but something needs to change.

Rude manager named Matt was not nice and because of how he was to me and my son’s on my sons birthday we wont be going there again this one girl didnt catch her name but she was very sweet and helpful the meal for two people was $28 & they didnt give put the normal servings or portions on the burrito and in the bowl the guy at the register and the one that made the food was rude also I won’t be ever going back there again and they won’t ever get a good review for me unless I can make this experience up which they probably can’t cuz it was my son’s birthday and they kind of messed it up cuz that’s all he wanted was to eat there so thumbs down if you want to find inviting good meal don’t come here

I had a wonderful experience at the drive-thru this evening, thanks to Camila. She was attentive, ensured my order was accurate, included all the sauces I requested, and made sure I had my drinks before I drove off. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service, especially when it’s become increasingly uncommon. The food was excellent, and the restaurant appeared very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this location. To management: Camila truly deserves recognition—and a raise—for her exceptional service.

The restaurant was visibly dirty, and all employees seemed disengaged, many of them on their phones while customers were waiting.

During what should have been a busy lunch hour, the restaurant was out of rice and steak, with only a few patrons inside. When we did finally receive our food, the portions were poorly assembled and the quality was unacceptable.

Most concerning of all was the blatant disregard for food safety and customer service. I observed a customer standing at the counter waiting to order while an employee swept behind the counter, ignoring him entirely—no greeting, no “I’ll be with you shortly,” nothing. Behind that employee, another staff member was opening bags of chicken with gloves on, then proceeded to text on his cellphone without removing or changing gloves. He went back and forth between touching his phone and preparing food.

This behavior is not only unprofessional—it’s a serious health hazard. Phones are known to carry bacteria, and this lack of basic food safety protocol is unacceptable.

This location is in dire need of proper management, training, and health code enforcement. I strongly recommend this store be reviewed and re-evaluated for compliance. At the very least, it needs to be thoroughly retrained—if not temporarily shut down until it can meet the standards expected of the Chipotle brand.
